This property was situated on a quiet parcel of property, complete with a picnic table near the vines in the yard.Giuseppe was easy to reach through the VRBO site and he shared his phone number once we met at check-in.The rooms were spacious, each with their own bathroom adjacent.Plenty of towels available for the seven of us.Laundry room was accessible and included a dryer as well.The kitchen was quite large and was well-equipped with plenty of supplies to make a full dinner. Coffee was MokaPot or French press.There were some spices available, which was nice - so we didn’t have to buy them.Full sized fridge and freezer, functional oven and 5-burner gas range.Short walk to a grocery store and to gelato (“Snoopy’s Gelato”)Thirty minute walk to old-town was quite pleasant, only a few main streets to cross. “Old Town” is full of shops and restaurants and was fairly tourist-friendly without being touristy. (No English menus at the places we tried)We were very diligent about sorting the trash since a previous review mentioned it. It seemed pretty straightforward.Would recommend this property for anyone visiting the area.

Unbelievable ! 5 bedroom 5 ensuite great kitchen and family areas good heating in all rooms . Giuseppe was easy and great to deal with. Only downfall is no WASHING MACHINE , as this is a home for large families this is REQUIRED . All the best Adrian Emer Australia

Overall, this was a great place for a large group. The location was convenient, the accommodations were comfortable, and having air conditioning in each bedroom was a huge bonus during the summer.Check-in could have been smoother. We arrived at the gate but had to wait for our host because we hadn’t received arrival instructions in advance. There is also a fairly steep uphill walk from the parking area to the property, which is something to keep in mind if you’re traveling with a lot of luggage. It wasn’t a problem for our group, but it could be challenging for some guests.One thing future guests should be especially aware of is the garbage and recycling requirements. The host provided vague instructions, and we genuinely tried to sort everything correctly. However, the different bags and disposal rules were confusing to us as visitors unfamiliar with the local system. We were later informed that our trash had been inspected and that we incurred a 50 fine. While we accepted responsibility and had no issue covering the charge, we were surprised that guests were responsible not only for sorting the waste but also for putting it out on the street for collection. In our experience with other vacation rentals, hosts typically handle the final garbage disposal. Coordinating an international bank transfer afterward to reimburse the fee also ended up being more inconvenient than expected.Overall, great stay, but I would encourage future guests to pay very close attention.

Grazie della vostra recensione anche se molto parziale e non onesta Ma andiamo per ordine: - non abbiamo una recepsion ovviamente e l'orario di arrivo va concordato, come abbiamno fatto tra di noi (tra l'altro tutto documentato dalla nostra chat). Avete aspettato al cancello tre minuti che è il tempo di cui ho bisogno per arrivare ad aprire uja volta che ricevo il messaggio di arrivo - l'ingresso della casa è preceduto da un giardino a cui si accede da tre gradini e l'automobile può sostare li davanti per lo scarico dei bagagli. tra l'alto io sono sempre presente e pronto ad aiutare se serve - tema rifiuti e riciclaggio: al vostro arrivo vi ho spiegato le regole del riciclaggio e dell'uso dei vari bidoni e sacchetti (sono tutti muniti di codice personale). Voi avete messo nel sacchetto della plastica anche carta, vetri e cibo organico, tutto mischiato insieme e lo avete lasciato dvanati all'ingresso di un'altra casa (e non fuori dal nostro cancello come vi era stato spiegato) I responsabili del ritiro dei rifiuti hanno registrato il sacco non idoneo, hanno fotografato il suo intermo e sono risaliti a voi, che avete ammesso la responsabilità e deciso di pagare la multa (anche se in modo incompleto) Vi ringrazio ancora per il vostro soggiorno che come mi avete detto a voce e scrito nelle chat è andato molto bene

Sehr schöne Wohnung in Rovereto

Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet und bietet mit 5 Schlafzimmern und jeweiligem Bad im Zimmer viel Platz. Es gibt eine große moderne Küche und einen separaten Fernsehraum. Der Außenbereich am Weinberg ist ansprechend inklusive Gartenmöbel und Grill. Die Zufahrt zum Haus ist mit einem Tor mit Fernbedienung gesichert. Von Rovereto aus lassen sich mit dem Auto oder der Bahn (z.B. Verona) schöne Ausflüge in die Umgebung unternehmen. Verbesserungsvorschläge: Wohnung für 10 Personen, aber nur ein Tisch mit 8 Stühlen in der Küche. Die Küchenutensilien könnten etwas umfangreicher sein, eine Kaffeemaschine ist nicht vorhanden. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war immer sehr schnell möglich und völlig unkompliziert. Wem die Lage Rovereto zusagt, ist die Wohnung sehr zu empfehlen.

Very friendly landlord and wife, Lovely house in between old vineyard, would come again

Check in was perfect. Lovely renovated house, modern but with connection to it's history. Kitchen fully equipped, bedroom each with an own bathroom. All clean and nice. Communication great, wife of landlord gave us a tour around the old historic vineyard, tips for the region and self made cake. Parking lot available, supermarket really near. Train station in walking distance (e.g. train to verona). Not far from the lago di garda, but due to traffic delays it takes around 1h to city garda. Hiking and other sights (e.g. bell of peace) near. Would definitely come again and recommend

Bella proprietà per visitare il lago e i dintorni

Casa molto bella, di recente ristrutturazione, in posizione ottima per visitare la parte nord del lago di Garda. Camere spaziose ognuna dotata di bagno di pertinenza. Proprietario molto gentile e disponibile. Consigliata.

Alles bestens. Lage nahe am Gardasee - tolle Ausflüge sind vor hier aus möglich. Von dort aus kann man tolle Ausflüge buchen. Giuseppe ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit und antwortet schnell auf Nachrichten. Absolute Empfehlung!
