ヴィラジョアンナは1階建てのモダンなヴィラで、21世紀の家の現代的な装飾と設備を備えた家族全員が安全で快適に過ごせます。 南向きのサンテラスからは、プライベートプールとテラスで一日中日光浴ができ、豪華な地中海とクンブレデルソルのパノラマの景色を見渡せます。 テラスには、大きな屋外テーブルと8人掛けの椅子を備えた「ナヤ」があります。 日当たりの良いプールサイドには、皆のためのサンラウンジャーと、真にスペインの「屋外」ダイニング体験のためのバーベキューが備わっています。 すべての好みに合うように、レストランで車で3〜15分以内にいくつかの素晴らしいビーチとマリーナがあります。 実用的なレベルでは、いくつかのスーパーマーケットと薬局が近くにあり、近くのハベア、ベニタシェル、モライラの町には銀行があります。

ヴィラには、全体に22MBのWIFIが装備されています。

Fantastic villa, adequately equipped to allow you to enjoy the property to the full.

We have now stayed at both villa Zoe and this time At Villa Joanna. Would definitely recommend to others, fantastic setting and facilities that allows you to unwind whilst allowing the family to enjoy their break also!

Lovely Villa

Everything about this villa was excellent, we wouldn't hesitate to recommend staying here anytime and we would certainly stay here again. Charlotte our contact was brilliant and very informative and helpful. The facilities were spot on you didn't want for anything.

All went well. Easy to exchange with Charlotte or Andrew. a shower outisde would be welcome to limit the oil /cream in the swimming pool... Equipments are Ok, and perfect for 8 persons. Thanks a lot !

Stunning location and Villa

Second visit to the villa and still as enjoyable. Love the location Pool and nearby beaches. Only slight disapointment was the TV. We were not watching TV but did want to catch Wimbledon, Motor racing and Cricket final but TV just did not work I know a new system had recently been installed but did not work.

Good overall

The property was well located, a bit difficult to find, signs are a bit confusing. The house is a good size for a family of 7. The beaches around are ok if you don’t mind rocks/pebbles. There was some things to improve in the property but good overall.

Weihnachten 2023

Wir hatten in diesem Haus wunderschöne Ferien. Die Terrasse ist sehr sonnig und der Ausblick einfach traumhaft. Zu dieser Jahreszeit ist es angenehm ruhig. Wenn die Sonne untergeht, freut man sich drinnen über die angenehme Wärme der Fußbodenheizung und die hellen Zimmer. Die Küche hat reichlich Geschirr und Besteck, sodass man hier sehr gut Kochen kann. Der Grill auf der Terrasse war bei uns ebenfalls sehr willkommen. Wir haben uns bestens erholt.

Didn’t want to come home

We booked our stay last minute due to issues at another villa by a different host. Andrew was extremely accommodating and sorted the housekeeping of the villa the same night we booked. We had such a lovely welcome from Charlotte and husband even though it was so late at night when we arrived. We can’t thank them enough! The villa was perfect, so many things thought out for the comfort of the guest. The view from the pool was stunning and it was so peaceful. It was spotless and I couldn’t fault a thing. We can’t wait to come back! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Lovely villa, fantastic views

Stayed here with 2 girlfriends for a chill out week in the sun. We were not disappointed. The villa had everything we needed and was spotlessly clean. The pool was perfect for what we wanted. We had lots of plans of walking along the coast etc but actually spent a lot of the week sitting by the pool looking out across the valley. Andrew was great at communicating before we went out to Spain and when we were there. Would recommend the restaurant at the nearby glamping site, which actually you can see from the villa. 10 min walk down the hill, 15 min up! Javea lovely and only a 15 min drive. You really need a car here as you are on top of a hill not near to any shops etc. Andrew recommended a good hire car place. Slight niggle was that there was no information pack at the villa which would have been useful for taxis etc. But we had a lovely time and would recommend.

Wonderful vacation!

We stayed 2 weeks at the house and we enjoyed it very much. Communication with owner Andrew was great. The view is really nice and it is very quiet there.

Agréable séjour été 2020

Nous avons passé d'agréables vacances. La résidence est grande, belle et possède une belle vue. Le propriétaire est disponible et très gentil. Cependant, pour une villa de ce type, il nous semble que certains équipements sont un peu minimalistes ou vieillissants et devraient être changés. La nappe était moisie, les couvertures de lits à changer, la machine à laver à un faux contact, les accoudoirs des chaises extérieures sont presque tous cassés, les transats sont plutôt noirs que blancs, le parasol est bien trop petit pour la taille de la terrasse, les carreaux mosaïques de la piscine s'en vont 1 par 1. Nous avons du faire nettoyer les margelles de la piscine qui avec le temps deviennent noires autour de la table à manger. Cette villa ne possède pas de portail d'entrée, n'importe qui peut entrer si vous n'êtes pas vigilants, nous en avons fait les frais. Il faut bien penser à tout fermer à l'arrière de la maison lorsque l'on est dans la piscine. Nous avons tout de même passé de bonnes vacances. En espérant que le propriétaire prenne en compte nos remarques afin d'améliorer encore plus la satisfaction des ses vacanciers.

Perfect setting for our family!

Our family has just returned from Villa Joanna, our brother celebrated his 30th birthday earlier in the year and we wanted to treat him to something special! The villa was incredible, the location is perfect with stunning views and all day Sun. It's in a great location if you want to be out of the hustle and bustle but within a short car drive from all the amenities Benitachell, Moraria & Javea have to offer. The owners, Jo & Matthew we're extremely helpful when it came to our booking and guided us when it came to car rentals , they provided us with restaurant and beach recommendations. The villa was very clean, and was very well equipped so we had everything we needed. The private pool was a real luxury and much deeper then we expected which was a nice surprise. We had a great stay and will recommend to friends/family looking for a peaceful get away.

Gepflegte Villa mit herrlicher Aussicht

Wir haben als Familie 10 Tage im Monat März in Villa Joanna verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles vorhanden, was man braucht, die Einrichtung geschmackvoll, die Möbel bequem. Die Mitarbeiterinnen des housekeepings vor Ort waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ebenso entstand im Vorfeld ein sehr freundlicher e-mail-Kontakt zu den Vermietern. Die Umgebung mit den vielen kleinen Buchten und Stränden ist wunderschön und wir hatten das Glück, dass um diese frühe Zeit noch wenig Urlauberandrang die Idylle störte. Wir können die Villa insgesamt nur weiterempfehlen.

Sehr schöne ziemlich neue Villa mit sehr schönen Pool

Wir waren gerade mit 7 Personen dort. 6 Erwachsene und 1 Kind. 7 Jahre. Wirklich alles sehr gut ausgestattet. Alles vorhanden. Wenn es vielleicht einen kleinen Kritikpunkt gibt, dann das Grundstück nicht verschlossen werden kann. Ansonsten top.

Beautiful villa, great location

We had a wonderful holiday and found the villa to be excellently equipped, very spacious and immaculate throughout. The pictures on the website do not do the villa justice at all. It's in an excellent location, with stunning views and close to a number of very nice beaches. We spent a lot of time in Javea, one of the more developed resorts, although we did spend some time in Moraira and Calpe, which are both within easy reach. The pool was a lot bigger than we expected and provided hours of fun for all our party. Overall we had an excellent time and would highly recommend the villa to anybody wanting to stay in the area.

Great holiday in Spain

Week at Villa Joanna in August with young children

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Villa Joanna, the only downside to our holiday is that we booked one week instead of two, The villa itself was immaculate, the interior was five star. Being on one level was great for our two little ones. The ballustrading around the pool was completely safe. The pool was checked on a regular basis and upon arrival the total care management called in to check that everything was ok. Our vacation was in August and as such the aircon was really handy, especially at night. The location of the villa is great, Moraira was very easy to get to as was Javea. We spent alot of time at the El Portet beach which was good for swimming and for snorkeling. The Market in Javea was lovely to visit in the evening. We have already recommended the Villa Joanna to our friends.

Secluded family getaway.

A highly enjoyable time was had by all our family, the children never out of the pool. Adults relaxing in the sun shine. Evening meals watching the sun fall behind the amazing view from the terrace. A first class property with all the mod cons we needed and we were left to enjoy our week totally by the rental company. fantastic! We will be going again, the children are demanding it!.

We love the location because there are so many things to enjoy with the whole family from sandy beaches to cliff side hikes, bike rides, Michelin starred restaurants, vineyards, olives, orange and almond groves, mountains, water parks, theme parks, go-karting and fairgrounds. You literally have everything on your doorstep and yet when you're in the villa the tranquility and views take you away to another place.
