This place is lovely.Great pool with amazing views.It is in a really quiet area with friendly neighbours who live there permanently.The house has everything you need and the hosts will accommodate you if you have any questions, they truly are lovely people.It's a 10 minute drive to the nearest shop and just over 15 to the coast.Take a fire stick or similar with you as the satellite channels aren't much to write home about.It's quite central so day trips to the local popular areas ( Oliva, Xabia, Altea etc) are easy.On the whole it really is a fabulous place to stay

Summer Holiday

This property is a great base for exploring Moraira and the surrounding area.Our host Renlid was wonderful. Communication was great from start to finish and her villa is lovely.You will need a vehicle to get around because the villa is in a quiet location which was perfect for us.There are lots of supermarkets, restaurants and bars in the surrounding areas and the beaches are fabulous.If you are looking for a well equipped, private, and peaceful villa in the Moraira area, we can whole heartedly recommend this place.

Cool villa with wonderful outside space

Wonderful outside space with great views out to sea. Inside was clean although little bit more basic than previous villas and missing a few essentials. (We bought and left a tea towel for future guests and extra bin liners would be nice) slightly disappointed to find only German channels available on the television but maybe we should try harder as a race to learn new languages?

Thank you for your review. I want to put things straight, you bought a tea towel? In the cupboard above the microwave are 10 tea towels and 5 small towels, which are there for every visitor, so no need to buy. It's a smart TV so you can take whatever you want with your PC. Kind regards, Renild

Nous avons passé une semaine merveilleuse dans cette maison très agréable. La maison est très bien, la piscine parfaite, mais les deux gros gros atouts sont 1/ la magnifique vue sur les collines et sur la mer depuis la terrasse et 2/ le calme total (et suprenant, car il y a d'autres maisons autour, mais pas de vis-à-vis ni de bruit).Ce lieu est un vrai petit paradis.Bravo et merci aux propriétaires pour leur réactivité pour répondre aux messages !

Ein schöner Sommerurlaub

Wir hatten wunderbare Tage. Das Haus ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet und man findet alles was man benötigt. Der Pool hat eine herrlich erfrischende Temperatur. Die Weitsicht und ruhige Lage, sind der Erholung absolut förderlich.

Excellent villa

The owners are very nice friendly people. Spent a month at this property and enjoyed every minute. It’s in a great area and the surrounding neighbours are lovely. The villa has everything needed for comfortable living and is very clean. The pool is a great size . There is a little town called Moraira about ten minutes away in the car and what a beautiful, fabulous place this is. Also places such as Dénia and Javea are not far away, so it’s a great base to start from. Our overall stay at this property was great and we would recommend to anyone. Thankyou

This is a great villa and ....

This villa has everything required for a great holiday. The villa has every amenity necessary for ease and comfort and is situated in a quiet yet convenient location. Several towns and beaches are within just a few minutes drive, and Teulada is only a short walk away. Information on the website was accurate and the owners were most helpful when advice was needed. We have booked to come again next year.

Deze villa, waar wij een droomvakantie hebben doorgebracht, heeft vele troeven: rustige ligging met prachtig zeezicht, tegelijk een uitvalsbasis voor boeiende trips in een schilderachtige omgeving, prima onderhoud van woonruimte en zwembad, afgesloten terras voor huisdieren,vlotte communicatie met charmante eigenaars...kortom, een oord om zalig te genieten en zeker telkens opnieuw te bezoeken!
