The apartment features parquet floors throughout and a combination of stylish, comfortable furnishings alongside partly sloping ceilings that add character to the space. The property accommodates a maximum of 8 guests across 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

On the upper floor, you will find a large and inviting lounge area complete with an open-hearth fireplace and satellite TV, as well as direct access to the terrace. Also on this level is 1 bedroom furnished with 2 single beds of 80 cm each. The fully equipped kitchen features an oven, dishwasher, 5 gas rings, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, and is complemented by a dining table for shared meals. A bathroom with bath, bidet, and WC completes this floor.

On the second upper floor, you will discover 3 further bedrooms.
