Santa Maria - Luxurious country house with large pool and ping pong table in Mallorca

Santa Maria is a very comfortable country house with exquisite equipment and thus promises a fantastic holiday for up to 8 guests.

The house is very generous and spacious, the guests can take their space. It consists of 4 bedrooms, all with air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom for optimal privacy. One bedroom is on the ground floor, the others are on the first floor. Apart from the en-suite bathrooms there is a WC. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything that is needed every day.

The house offers a living - dining room on the ground floor and another living room on the first floor.

The furniture is discreet, but tasteful and of high quality. All rooms are bright and equipped with air conditioning, in total there are 8 air conditioners. For this reason the villa is the perfect selection for any season.



The exteriors are impressive, too. Both the terrace and the porch are very spacious. They are furnished and clients can make themselves comfortable to enjoy barbecue delicacies and to enjoy a good Mallorcan wine. The garden is well-kept and has Mediterranean vegetation and trees that offer shade, so the children play on the lawn and are well entertained. The pool has amazing measurements, 10 x 5 m.

NEW: the house has a ping - pong table for the enjoyments of the guests



It should be emphasized the good location of the house. It is only 1 km to the to town of Alcúdia with the beautiful old town, where there are good restaurants and shops, and to the fine white sand beach it´s only 1.5 km. The port of Alcúdia is also very worth seeing, the promenade invites you to take a walk. Of course here there are many possibilities for water sports and boat trips to get to know the coast or Cap Formentor from the sea.

This was a great 'base camp' for my friends and I

This was a great 'base camp' for my friends and I for the Mallorca Ironman 70.3 It was extremely private and close to the beautiful Alcudia old town, with great kitchen and lounge areas The host was super responsive and helpful recommendations were provided for the surrounding areas Would love to stay again

Amazing place, clean and comfortable and very spacious.

Amazing place, clean and comfortable and very spacious. Well equipped and beds comfortable. Swimming pool was great although quite deep for younger children. Likewise the raised terrace around the house is lovely to sit on but not ideal for toddlers. Gentle beach is within about 20 minutes walk as was the old town, restaurants, bars, market etc. Table tennis and table football available. I highly recommend as a fabulous place to stay.

the villa is simply gorgeous

Just finished our stay at Santa Maria villa, Alcudia and would highly recommend! the villa is simply gorgeous. spacious with lots of outdoor grounds and a beautiful pool. the pool was deep enough to dive into at one end and shallow enough to sit in at the other end. the pool was cleaned twice during our stay. every room has air condoning. plenty of towels and facilities to enjoy our stay. really well equipped with a bbq, dishwasher, washing machine and drier, coffee maker etc. lovely touch with some bread, milk, jam, cookies an fruit left for our arrival. The villa is located down a short country lane. easily walkable to the old town and shops but felt quiet and peaceful. entrance via a secure gate made the stay feel private and relaxed! We had a slight issue with some electrics in the kitchen during our stay but we had a very responsive host who resolved the issue without delay. This felt like a luxury villa and we would return in the future! Thank you!

the villa was perfect for us

We were a family of 8 (7 adults and a baby) and the villa was perfect for us. Spacious, air-conditioned, beautifully furnished, very comfortable, beautiful gardens, lovely pool and table tennis. We were within walking distance (10 mins) to Alcudia which has a fantastic market twice weekly, great restaurants and shops, lots of history. Large supermarket within walking distance too (10 mins walk). A 5 minute drive to Port d’Alcúdia, 8 minute drive to Puerto Pollensa - both are probably walkable if it's not too hot. The villa is perfectly located for a car-free holiday, in the countryside but very close to the town, and also within striking distance of beaches. Marina and Mariana, and the owner were very helpful, always quick to respond if we had a question. Our only suggestion would be to have a bin with a lid in the kitchen not an open bucket. Even with a bin bag it attracts ants in the summer. That aside, we all had a lovely holiday and would highly recommend this villa.

Wunderbare Finca!

Diese saubere Finca ist nur großartig. Jede Menge schöne relaxierende Sitzecken im und am Haus. Gepflegter großer Garten und sauberer Pool draußen, und die Inhaberin hat uns auf Wünsch gar eine neue Tischtennisplatte zur Verfügung gestellt. Alcudia sowie Port Alcudia sind (auch zu Fuß) leicht zu erreichen. Wir (4 Paare) haben den 1wöchigen Aufenthalt in "Santa Maria" sehr genossen! Ein Handtuchwechsel im Bad 2mal pro Woche wäre schön.
