Lovely spacious villa, with very peaceful location.

The villa was immaculate and really well equipped. It is so quiet and secluded, amazing considering it is a very short distance from the bars and shops. The villa's owners cleaned the pool daily and kept the outside area very tidy too. We had a problem with one of the aircon units but Easyvillas were really responsive and helpful to get it fixed - thanks Ana.

The Perfect Stay!!

We had a great time in Villa Carmen. The villa is very spacious for 2 adults and 3 kids and had everything we needed. Only a 5 minute walk to the beach and a lovely walk along the seafront to Port D'Alcudia. Will definitely look to stay in the future. Maybe new covers for the beds. Also, very few english channels on tv- not a major issue for us as the kids could watch tv our laptop.

4 Day Weekend trip with 2 couples

We traveled from Friday - Monday to mallorca. The location was in an incredible location with walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants and most of the happening parts of Alcudia. Driveway where we could park our rental car safely. Very safe and well lit area. We were traveling with one other couple. The space was gorgeous and well maintained. The only downside of the entire stay was the bed in the larger room being uncomfortable as it was a camper bed. All in all - great location and lodging experience of alcudia.

Excellent location, nice villa, needs a little bit of TLC

The villa is really nice, in a brilliant location for the beach, shops and bars. It has air conditioning which was great, a nice sized pool and some great seating areas. It does seem a little tired - the shower head in the en-suite bathroom would not stay up high, the lights in the kitchen did not work, some of the crockery is chipped etc - nothing that detracts too much from the villa, but just some things that could do with fixing. And the bed in the larger room is a camp bed and is not the greatest for sleeping on! That said, we would definitely go back and would overall give 4 out of 5 - the one star being lost for those little maintenance issues (and the bed!)

Villa beach Carmen

This Villa is not as advertised, It is in need of a complete renovation. The main shower is a disgrace and is a breeding ground. The smell from this room is appalling and the water overflowed the drain after about 30 seconds of turning the water on. The main room stinks of the fireplace and smells like an old ashtray. This room is also like a cave its so dark. The shutters on the window, which might have let in some light were not possible to open except with tools to open the catches. The foliage in the garden is very overgrown to the point that we could not park the small car off road as the gate would not open enough. The main bedroom has NO bedside lockers at all. only one useable power point at the bed. The sun loungers are of the type that you can sit facing the sun but cannot lie on on your stomach. There was a sunlounger 'graveyard' at the top of the garden were 4 tattered and broken loungers were left. Also here were 4 old and dirty plastic chairs. This is portrayed on the site with a table and chairs for relaxing. The pool was far too deep and the steps into it were far too big. There are no rails at all to help.

Campbed was a bit of a shock

Overall the property was good. Air conditioning seemed to work more hours than stated (bonus). However, the main bedroom, whilst a lovely size, seemed almost to have a double campbed to sleep on! Whereas the twin room had two proper single beds.

Viila Carmen

Dear Daniel, thank you for having been our guest and for having reviewed your stay. We are really sorry to see that your stay did not meet your expectation. At EasyVillas we all work hard to provide unforgettable stays with unbeatable value for money. Villa Carmen is one of our most appreciated villas, well located and welcoming. during your stay, some severe weather conditions and torrential rains caused several damages in the area, including problems with damp (that were never reported before) and we promptly fixed the issues with our technicians. We hope anyway to welcome you again in one of our villas in the future. Best regards EasyVillasMallorca

Tolles Haus, tolle Lage, traumhafter Urlaub...

Beautiful secluded villa - lovely property

The villa is spacious - perfect for a family of 2 adults and 2 children. It was very clean and had everything we needed - including washing machine, dishwasher etc. The beds were comfortable and the aircon was great. The pool is a great size and very clean - The owners came to clean the pool regularly. I have mobility issues and this property (being all on one level) was perfect for me. There was an issue with the plumbing during our stay, but that was resolved quickly - thank you. I think the description for this property should be amended. This is a good 15 minute walk from the beach - not " just a few steps" as described.

Great location, beach, bars and restaurants very close.

Villa Carmen is ideal for a family holiday. Very close to shops, restaurants, bars. The beach is a pleasant walk directly up the Main Street from the villa. If I was to say anything negative it would only be that no info left at the villa on arrival. Only a small detail but it always helps on first day. An easy fix for property owners I’m sure. Pool was perfect and kids loved it. If you rent a car go to Deia and Soller. Unbelievably beautiful towns, stunning views of the mountains and coast. Overall as a family we had a great week in Alcúdia and will definitely return.
