The open kitchen is fully integrated into the living area and comes equipped with 4 hot plates, a kettle, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine. The apartment includes 1 bathroom fitted with a shower, bidet, and WC. A partly roofed terrace extends the living space outdoors, furnished with terrace furniture and 2 deck chairs, while the living room also benefits from a direct exit to the garden.
