One of the highlights of the property is the private swimming pool, measuring 10 x 5 meters with a depth of 100 - 200 cm, available seasonally from May 10th to October 10th. The pool area also features an outdoor shower, terrace, and barbecue, making it an ideal spot to spend lazy afternoons with family and friends. The pool is maintained by the owner/gardener, ensuring its cleanliness and safety.

Access to the property is via a 500-meter bumpy motor road, which may be challenging for some vehicles. However, once you arrive, you can park your car on the premises. The vacation rental also includes baby equipment, making it a great option for families with young children. It is worth noting that the owner does not accept any youth groups.

On the ground level, there are two living/dining rooms, each with a dining table and satellite TV. One room has a French bed (160 cm) while the other has two beds (80 cm). The open kitchen comes equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 5 gas rings, freezer, and electric coffee machine, as well as a small dining table and open-hearth fireplace. There is also a shower/WC and a separate WC on this level.

Upstairs, another living/dining room with an open-hearth fireplace, dining table, and satellite TV awaits you. There are five rooms, each with a French bed (160 cm), and three rooms, each with two beds (80 cm). The open kitchen on this floor has an oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, freezer, and electric coffee machine. A bath/WC and four showers/WC complete this level.

The villa features gas heating and parquet floors. The roofed terrace is an excellent spot to enjoy the surrounding beauty. Other amenities include a washing machine, iron, and baby cot for up to 2-year-olds. The house has reserved parking for up to five cars, and you can bring one pet/dog with you.

Please note that there is no internal connecting door between the separated properties. The pool mentioned in the description is for private use. When booking this property, you make a reservation for the whole house, and facilities for shared use are then for private use.
