Cozy apartment on the seafront of Es Pujols 5 meters from the beach, with a large balcony from which you can enjoy an enchanting view, equipped to accommodate 2-4 people. The apartment consists of a bedroom with a double bed, living room with access to the balcony overlooking the sea, independent kitchen, bathroom with shower, air conditioning in all rooms, wifi and terrace with breathtaking sea views. The price is inclusive of all utilities, initial and final cleaning, sheets and towels. Agreements are in place to obtain discounts on the rental of cars, scooters, bicycles and ferries. Less than 20 meters you can find shops, bars and grocery stores. During the stay no tourist services such as linen changes and periodic cleaning are provided.

A great place to stay with helpful items near everything in Es Pujols

We stayed here for 2 weeks in September. The flat is conveniently located right next to the beach in town. We were steps away from many restaurants, bars and supermarkets. The kitchen was basic but very useable and there were useful items in the kitchen like containers in which we brought our lunch out for the day. There were also sun umbrellas for us to take out to the beach. Obviously, these are minor things but lacking in so many of the self catering properties we have rented. Occasionally on weekends, people on the promenade were noisy, but generally, we found the area and building to be quiet. The air-conditioning was VERY efficient and I enjoyed the firmness of the bed. However my husband did not, so if a very firm bed is not for you, you may be uncomfortable. We enjoyed it so much that we may break our 'too many places in the world to travel there again' rule.

Die Wohnung - insbesondere das Bad -könnten ein upgrade vertragen. Ansonsten war alles Nötige vorhanden. Umschlagbar die Lage und der umwerfende Blick aufs Meer!

Lovely break

My friend and I had a lovely stay on the seafront of Es Pujols. The view from the apartment is gorgeous and we were extremely lucky with the weather in April, meaning we could spend time on the nearby sandy beaches and drink sundowners at a beachfront restaurant. Given the season hadn’t yet really started not many places were open, but we had what we needed for a few days. The apartment had everything we needed and communication with the host and her friend who lives locally was easy.

Apartamento con todo lo indispensable

Tenía todo lo necesario para una estancia de una semana. Esta bien ubicado en zona con supermercados y restaurantes. Como dispone de aire acondicionado la estancia resulta agradable. El inconveniente que encontramos es que el televisor no lo pudimos sintonizar con canales españoles.

Estupendas vistas y situación

Todo estuvo perfecto. El apartamento tiene unas vistas excelentes a la playa de Es Pujols y es perfecto para una pareja. Tiene todo lo necesario a mano (alquileres, supermercados, etc.).

APPARTAMENTO PULITO E IN POSIZIONE BELLISSIMA

Vacanza in famiglia (3 persone) nel mese di ottobre. Appartamento con splendida vista mare a Es Pujols, estremamente pulito. Accolti dal Signor Rosell (parla italiano), gentilissimo e puntuale sia all'arrivo che alla partenza. Cucina dotata di tutti gli utensili necessari (il forno è a induzione). Bagno con doccia (spaziosa) e lavatrice. Il wi-fi ha funzionato benissimo. Sottolineo ancora la posizione (svegliarsi e vedere subito il mare non ha prezzo) e la pulizia. In poche parole...da ritornarci!!!

Toller Ausblick und sehr zentral mit einfacher Einrichtung.

Der Balkon ist eine eins. Man hat Meer- und Strandblick und Abends den Hippiemarkt direkt davor und bekommt das Inselleben dadurch mit. Die Sauberkeit wurde nur mit 3 Sternen bewirtet weil es in der Wohnung die ganze Zeit muffig roch. Die Lage mit "nur" 4 Sternen weil es teilweise Nachts laut war. Nicht durch den Hippiemarkt sondern durch eine Disko im Ort und das Nachtleben. Der Ort ist aber insgesamt klasse.

Beste Lage in Es Pujols

Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist optimal. Der Strand, die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, die Restaurants, der Autoverleih und die Bushaltestelle sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Eine einmalige Aussicht vom Balkon. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist einfach, dennoch ausreichend für einen Urlaub. Das einzige was wir in der Küche vermisst haben, war die Spülmaschine. Immer wieder gerne!

Che appartamento stupendo! Ottima posizione davanti alla spiaggia di Es Pujols, centralissimo con ristoranti, bar, supermercato e negozi proprio sotto casa. Ben arredato con tutto il necessario e anche di più in cucina. E una vista incredibile del mare!!! C'è il personale a disposizione per qualsiasi problema/necessità e i proprietari sono super gentili e disponibili. ASSOLUTAMENTE CONSIGLIATO!!!!!

Appartamento ottimamente arredato e funzionale, in posizione favolosa fronte mare a 10 metri dalla spiaggia cittadina dotato di tutti i servizi e conforts. Cittadina di ES Pujols ottimamente servita e strategica le più belle spiagge dell’isola sono a 10-15 minuti di bicicletta

Increibles vistas

Has sido una muy buena estancia en Es Pujols. La casa estaba limpia y recojida. El balcón es un placer. Aunque era no suficientemente grande para poder estar las 5 personas, lo hemos disfrutado a tope. Aconsejamos este apartamento a otros sin duda.

Super Consigliato !

Per chi come noi predilige posizione e spazi , questo è un alloggio eccezionale ! Ero con mio marito e ns figlia di 17 mesi . Si trova nel cuore di ed pujols, dove basta scendere le scale per avere servizi, risto, negozi e mare a portata di mano. Il terrazzino sul quale si può mangiare ha la vista sul mare e vi assicuro che l'alba da li è qualcosa di emozionante . L'appartamento è anni 80 formato da 1 corridoio con stanze di lato . Ha cucinotto separato con accesso stra comodo e funzionale sulla saletta da pranzo . La pulizia può essere migliorata ma comunque so per certo che se avrò il piacere di tornare a Es Pujols , l ' alloggio sarà di certo questo appartamento che ha location , spazi, è vista al top della gamma. Tanta cordialità anche da parte del proprietario nella consegna chiavi e gestione generale dell' alloggio.STRACONSIGLIATO

Appartamento fronte mare (come da foto) carino e in buono stato. Proprietario molto disponibile per informazioni e chiarimenti. Gentilissimo il gestore spagnolo che ci ha accolti. Consigliato per 4 persone. Ogni tipo di servizio nelle immediate vicinanze (bar, ristoranti, farmacia, supermercato,...).
