Peaceful but less than an hour from Bordeaux, Cognac, Angouleme, Saintes, Royan and Saint-Emilion.
La Rochelle is around an hour and half away.
Ideal for families of all ages with easy access to local shops, markets and restaurants as well as giving the opportunity to enjoy a wide range of activities both in the villa itself and in the local region.
We've been welcoming guests since 2009 with many returning year after year.

Relaxing stay in peace

Wonderfully quiet stay away from anyone or anything but just a short bike ride away from whatever we needed in the local town.

Really easy check in & check out, great communication with the property manager. Lovely home and excellent pool area. Had some lovely days out at Royan, Saint Emilion and Aubeterre-sur-Dronne. Weather was mixed but we made the most of any sun we had. Thank you Mandy & family, best wishes Roy & Julie

Stay at Les Chene’s

Beautiful house with everything we needed for a wonderful holiday. Pool excellent and kids had a ball. Lots of pretty towns in the locality and good wine. Communication with owner fantastic and great advice given re days out and local markets etc. We had a super time

Séjour reposant à Neuvicq

Ma famille et moi avons passé une superbe semaine dans la maison de Mandy et Colin. La maison est 100% conforme à la description. Elle comprend de nombreux équipements qui permettent de ne pas s'ennuyer !

I'm Mandy and am married to Colin. We have three children and a golden labrador. We have owned Les Chenes for more than 18 years and have been renting it out for holidays throughout that time.

When we bought this property we were looking for somewhere to relax away from the day to day stresses that life throws up. We looked at many different properties in France finally choosing this one for its rural outlook.

Good amenities and within an hour's drive of Bordeaux, St Emilion, Angouleme and Cognac. It is 4km away from the nearest supermarket and the local pub is only a short walk away.
