Perfect Family Getaway in Park City!We had an amazing stay at this Park City rental! The house was spotless when we arrived and had so much space-plenty of rooms and areas for the kids to play and hang out while the adults relaxed. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook meals!The hot tub was a big hit for both the kids and the adults after a day of exploring. The location could be better - the bus stop right out front made it super easy to get anywhere we wanted to go without a hassle. Both the adults and the kids absolutely loved Park City, and we are already planning to come back this winter for ski season. We hope to stay here again - it truly was the perfect spot of our family getaway!

Spacious, clean and great for big families!

Very impressed with Chris and the Management team-they were so accommodating and nice! All the reviews were spot on - Chris went above and beyond. The free bus was across the street and that was nice! A grocery store was close and nice restaurants and some shops walkable - as is the rail trail. The kitchen has everything! Keurig, drip coffee, electric pot, slow cooker, new electric pancake grill, serving bowls, cookie sheets, casserole dishes, ceramic turkey roaster, a spice rack. We felt we had everything! The beds were all comfortable I didn't hear any complaints. The bathrooms were all nicely updated. There were plenty of towels. All of the bathrooms had hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion and Kleenex. There are also towels by the back door for the hot tub. There is a crib in the bunkbed room which was a nice surprise and also a pack and play in the closet upstairs. The large fun kid's room upstairs was perfect! The kids ages 3-12, played and loved having their own room. The living room and kitchen were very spacious. I was afraid it was going to be too small- but the table is huge and the couch is huge and comfortable. They also had maybe 4 folding chairs you could use. The best part of all was that they allowed my dog and you would never know that dogs were allowed by how clean and nice this house was! We had a wonderful Thanksgiving stay with our extended family! 5 STARS !! Chris, Thank You for sharing your place with us!

Family trip

We planned a Xmas trip for skiing and relaxation. The house was close to the shuttle for skiing and close to town for all our needs. We had plenty of beds for everyone. Some of the daring family members enjoyed the hot tub as well.

Gorgeous home!

This house is stunning -- well stocked and plenty of comfortable beds. We had to book a last minute trip with a mixed group of friends/family and I am SO glad we found this home. We will absolutely be back!

Great Location / exactly as pictured!

We loved staying at this property enough to return next summer. It is convenient for everything we wanted to do. We loved having a fenced in yard for our little dogs. Chris, the owner was great to work with but the property manager was a bit frustrating. We do hope that the property manager will be more responsible next year.

Awesome place for a group! Quick shuttle ride to the slopes!

Check in process was smooth. Host responded quickly to any questions and recommended some cool spots. Shuttles were plenty for and was able to get to Main Street and the slopes in just about 10 minutes. Would stay here again, slept 14 comfortably, awesome place!

Great Property!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this property! The location is great and the home felt cozy which is what we wanted. My parents came along with my brother and nephew plus my family of four and we all had plenty of room to spread out. The kids really enjoyed their own "hotel" on the second floor in the room with the three beds. We had a beeping fire alarm upon arrival but it was taken care of within 30 minutes of me texting the property owner. The only issue we had was a good supply of hot water in the shower. A few of us ended up taking a cold shower which isn't very pleasant after a day on the slopes but there were 8 of us in the house so kinda understandable. I didn't report this issue to the owner so he wasn't given an opportunity to remedy the problem but I'm sure he would've been just as responsive as he had been since making the reservation. Book this property. You won't be disappointed!

Clean, convenient and ample room

We really enjoyed celebrating a big family Christmas at this property. It was clean, quick drive to Main Street and plenty of room to spread out. The hot tub is one of the nicer ones we’ve used at rental properties. Chris was very quick to respond when I hadn’t received check-in details from management. Thank you!

Great place for the whole family!

We really liked this place! The table and couch are huge. The beds were all comfortable. There was plenty of space to have family over plus a nice fenced in yard for our dog. We would definitely rent this house again next time we are in town!

4th of July Stay

We enjoyed our time at the home. The location is hard to beat, being close to the Rail Trail, restaurants & retail. The house itself is comfortable with a fairly well-stocked kitchen. I’m glad I read previous reviews before arrival & knew to bring extra paper towels, toilet paper, and napkins, as there was limited supply upon arrival. Our only complaint would be the air conditioning. With a full house, we were not able to cool the house like we’d prefer, but the evenings cooled down enough to make it comfortable for sleeping. We cannot rate the jacuzzi since we never used it, but the backyard was nice for evening meals. Communication with both the owner & the management company were excellent.

Wonderful Family Vacation

The property was in an ideal location. Two other family members stayed at The Sheraton and walked to the house. Lots of room. The kids enjoyed the hot tub every day and many times a day. The bikes were a plus. The only thing needed was more kitchen towels. We cooked everyday and with 13 people - that’s a lot of dish drying. And the kitchen faucet dripped unless you turned it off a certain way. Also, the commode in the guest bathroom downstairs ran continuously.

Great group spot, great location.

In town for a family wedding in the spring and this house suited our needs well. The house had great spaces and accommodated the adults and kids well. The hot tub was fairly new and nice to have on cool evenings, though bare feet on the splintering deck is iffy. The dining and living room were comfortable spaces for the group. The kitchen was oddly stocked, missing some basic essentials which made simple cooking more challenging than needed. Newly updated bathrooms were very nice. Overall a great house that is very close to everything we needed. Perfect offseason spot for us.

Best in Park City, UT

If location is the piriority in real estate, then this was the best. In the middle of everything--so convenient. Property manager is on call 24/7 and arrives in 5-10 minutes to care for any problems--like how to use the tv! House accommodated 12, ranging from 70-5 years of age. Three full baths, hot tub, and large kitchen- -eating area. We loved it. Hope it's available for us next trip.

Great stay

Great house with plenty of room for our group of 9. Great location, easy to get to all the shops and restaurants around town either by driving or the town shuttle. All our questions were taken care of quickly and effectively. Hot tub was a big hit as well.
