The slopes were a close walk or drive away great location on a beautiful lake.Hot tub and sauna were very clean and small walk away .easy access to all things park city and Deer valley shuttle right at corner of street .Enjoyed the stay enormously and will definitely be back.Thanks to all for an enjoyable trip.

Great location

The place and location are great. The only problem was the ac being controlled from the middle floor, causing the bottom floor to be too cold and the top floor to be too hot.

Bad Experience

Listing included a communal pool and hot tub, both had been ripped out. Reason we chose the location was because it was 103 degrees in SLC. Road to property was being paved the weekend we were there so we had to carry groceries and bags from a distant parking area. The deck was covered in cobwebs and dust, so we had to spend some time cleaning to be able to sit outside. We did receive partial reimbursement but not commensurate with experience.

High school girls trip

We thought this rental had tons of room for our group of six and is in an amazing location! It is close to everything! We felt it could have been cleaner and was surprised that there wasn’t a lot of extra supplies, like paper towels and toilet paper. We felt like we needed to clean off the deck to be able to enjoy because of the cob webs. But all in all we had a great time.

Perfect Park City Memorial Day Weekend

-The three adult couples all had rooms with ensuite bathrooms, and there was plenty of room for the kids. -The Park City light pollution was low enough at night that we could see the Milky Way from the back deck. It was our first time to see Starlink marching across the sky. Whether that's a good or bad thing is debatable, but it was definitely memorable. -Hiking up the Deer Valley ski slopes and on the trails behind the St. Regis directly from our front door was fantastic. -Walking on the path to the Deer Valley Grocery Cafe to have breakfast on their deck overlooking the water and the mountains was pretty dreamy. -The short three minute drive to Main Street was super ideal. -Our only hiccup was not receiving our check-in instructions until the day we were to arrive, but that was a rookie mistake on our part. All of the emails that were sent by the host landed in my "Junk" mail and after a small amount of last minute panicked searching I found them.

Park City Vacation!

The place was just as advertised! Close to the slopes and restaurants. Property management company were extremely responsive to questions. Used the concierge to help plan local events and we used Black Diamond Groceries to have the house stocked when we arrived. Awesome rental which helped make our vacation memorable!

Great location, but needs updating.

Great location to both Deer Valley Mountain and downtown Park City. Ample room in Kitchen and main living area. We did have to purchase our own firewood for the wood burning fire... this would have been a nice amenity to have at check-in. The bathrooms are all old and need updates. Better shower heads would be an easy repair. Hot tub was nice too, but not on at the property. A short walk to access it.

Nice condo with a great location for skiing at DV. Setup was family friendly and easily accommodated 4 adults + 6 kiddos. We would definitely stay here again.

Great stay

This property was amazing with views that were wonderful. The only problem we had is that the codes in the email on how to get in were different from the codes on the app. It was a bit confusing and the code to the garage was not a code we had even been given. Our only concern was that in the bedroom down stairs where the twin beds were there were no curtains and not child proof for our 2 an 4 year old grandkids. When I called property management they came out and was able to put shades up and temporarily child proof the door. They were very prompt and nice. It definitely is a great place to stay for our family. Everyone was comfortable with adequate rooms

Family Trip

Met a family friend and his kids up at this beautiful home. Three levels created a nice buffer between the living room and bedrooms that were utilized. A spacious kitchen and large family style table made dinners exceptionally comfortable. The family rooms large sectional allowed us to lounge as a group and play a variety of games in comfort. Location is just outside of town, making it an easy commute to all amenities.

This home was beautiful! We had 13 family members stay and we all fit comfortably! The management was great and there when we had any questions! Would recommend and will be back! :)
