Beautiful and spacious house in the center of the island. Built with top quality materials and furnished with great taste.

Large and comfortable spaces have a capacity for 8 people. It has 4 double bedrooms, 3 of them with bathroom en suite.



On the ground floor: large fully furnished and equipped kitchen with direct access to the garden,

dining room and living room both with air conditioning.

1 double bedroom with en suite bathroom and air conditioning and 1 toilet.



First floor: living room with a beautiful piano and 3 double bedrooms, 2 of them with air conditioning.



The house has a garage in which there is a full bathroom for customer use.



Highlight the exterior of the house, care and green lawn with a kidney pool, 2 furnished porches with views panoramic to the mountains and even on a clear day to the bay of Alcúdia.



Ideal for the enjoyment of a perfect holiday.



Inca is known for its shoe and leather goods industry where they are located a large number of shops to buy products made on the island.



The weekly market takes place every Thursday morning.

Perfect villa for a big company, nice location with a car, wonderful views

Location is nice if you travel with car, it is almost in the middle of the island: to the north part around 20 minutes by car, to the south (to Palma) is around 40. City where villa is located also nice, there are a lot of supermarkets and cafes. House is also nice, kitchen is ready to serve food for a really huge company, almost all bedrooms with bathrooms except one. There are 4 tables in different locations in order to eat altogether, 2 of them are outside so you can enjoy the sunrise especially during breakfast. In October it&#39s still possible to swim in the pool somedays. No options to go somewhere without car. The closest things are children playground and supermarket located in 2km, which is not easy to manage by foot as Villa is on the mountain.

Die Villa sah genauso aus wie auf den Bildern – sehr modern, gross und sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Kommunikation mit Marina, Mariana und Nicole war immer freundlich. Einzige Kritikpunkte: Im Zimmer im 1. Stock fehlt eine Klimaanlage, weshalb es dort sehr warm wurde. Ausserdem waren bei unserer Ankunft noch Krümel auf einem Sofa. Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir zudem informiert, dass die Klimaanlage in einem Zimmer im Erdgeschoss gerade repariert werde. Nachdem die Reparatur abgeschlossen war, sind die Handwerker jedoch einfach gegangen, ohne sich kurz zu verabschieden. Dadurch waren wir uns zunächst nicht sicher, ob sich noch jemand im Haus befand. Ein Hinweis in der Beschreibung, dass die Villa erst ab 23 Jahren gebucht werden kann, wäre ebenfalls hilfreich. Wir haben dies erst beim Check-in erfahren. Zum Glück waren die Gastgeber sehr verständnisvoll und haben eine Ausnahme gemacht. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und können die Villa weiterempfehlen.

Absolutely, great house to stay at. The location in Inca was perfect—right in the middle of the island, making it easy to explore all of Mallorca. The property was exactly what we were looking for: comfortable, clean, and a great base for our trip. We enjoyed our stay so much that we’ll definitely be looking to come back with our kids and stay at this same property in the future. Highly recommend!

Urlaub in einer perfekten Villa

Wir waren mit vier Erwachsenen und einem Kind für zwei Wochen dort und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, das Haus ist absolut perfekt , man hat viel Platz und wir konnten sogar versuchen Klavier zu spielen. Das Wetter war so schön das wir auch den Pool und den gesamten Außenbereich nutzen konnten. Wir bedanken uns für den tollen Aufenthalt in der Villa Katus. Das einzige was man verbessern könnte wäre die Ausstattung des Geschirrs und vielleicht kleine Töpfe zu fügen, da es nur Riesen Töpfe gab in den man morgens mal ein Frühstücksei kochen konnte, aber das ist Jammern auf hohen Niveau.

Großzügige Villa mit Pool.

Die Villa ist sehr großzügig und toll auf einer Hügelgruppe gelegen. Die Anbindung an die Autobahn ist optimal, um die Insel zu erkunden. Schade, dass jedes Mal neue Gewürze, Öl und Essig gekauft werden müssen. Die Anzahl der Küchentücher lässt nur sehr eingeschränktes Spülen zu. Wieso steht der Fernseher in dem Zimmer, welches als zusätzliche Schlafzimmer verwendet wird und nicht im großen Wohnzimmer?
