Fijn huisje

Het huisje is niet heel modern maar prima. Het zwembad en de keuken is top. We hebben genoten van het huis en de communicatie met en flexibiliteit van het agentschap was heel goed!

Cozy villa

Indoors was good, place was as descripted. Towels, sheets and some dishes could be changed. Service was very good, one bed was broken and they fixed it immediatly. In the yard was some broken glass and nails. Situation was disapointment, not good restaurants or beach near and no walkway to get there.

Our stay

The welcome at the house was very nice. We were welcomed with gifts like wine, water and more. The house was very clean and we enjoyed the big private pool a lot.

Treasure gem

great location: quiet, supermarket and restaurants in walking distance. Larger markets & malls just a few minutes drives away. Main road connections close. Sadly no uninterrupted walkway to the beach (close by though). The villa itself is perfect: 4 bedrooms of similar sizes, cosy living room, wide spaced kitchen (2 fridges!), lovely terrace to relax, eat, or just watch the kids in the pool. Oh, and the pool is awesome! The rim is never slippery, the size is large enough to allow several ppl at once, but still small enough so kids won't never be far away. The only real downside is: we didn't spend enough time there ;-) well worth the money

Family Holiday

Lovely villa in a relaxed setting. Nice residential area close to some restaurants & bars. Short hop into Torrevieja town & beach. Great week will certainly return.

Good position for shops ,garage , restaurants,very nice swimming pool and gardens ,nice verandah but unfortunately felt that the inside of the house was very dated and tired ,I would say that a refurb would not go amiss ,as to whether I would stay there again I would probably say yes as it is situated in a nice area

Prisvärt boende som innehöll det som vi önskade utan överdåd ! Nära till restauranger, matbutiker, apotek mm Skönt med uteplatsen under tak ! Ok markisen kunde varit lite bredare.

Fantastic Break

Really enjoyed everything about the Property and the flexibility of the management team. Lovely and clean and very homely. We stayed with you children and the area wasn't ideal for them and thank god I hired a car to get around in. Nothing negative to say on the property itself, just not much locally for a family.

Buenas vacaciones/ good hollidays

Nos alojamos en familia con niños de edades entre 7 a 15 años quienes disfrutaron mucho de la piscina a pesar dealgunos días de frio en Marzo la estancia fue por 13 dias. La vivienda esta ubicada en la urbanización los balcones donde se hace necesario tener coche para traslados, ya sea a la playa (donde ir caminando es peligroso) o al supermercado, también para visitar Torrevieja centro. La casa esta bien equipada pero podría mejorar para albergar más personas poniendo algunas literas en las habitaciones, la piscina podría ser más segura si se pusiera en el borde material más suave ya que esta bordeada en piedra la cual te lastima si te sientas; algunos de nuestros niños resultaron lastimados con este borde el cual pienso es peligroso. La casa es sencilla sin nada de lujos con buen espacio exterior. En su interior es perfecta para temporada de calor pues es muy fresca. We are a family with children between the ages of 7 and 15 who enjoyed the pool a lot despite some cold days in March. The stay was for 13 days. The house is located in Los Balcones urbanization where it is necessary to have a car for transfers, either to the beach (where walking is dangerous) or to the supermarket and to visit Torrevieja center as well. The house is well equipped but could be improved to accommodate more people by putting some bunk beds in rooms, the pool could be safer if it was put on the edge with softer material since it is bordered in stone which hurts if you sit down; some of our children were injured by this edge which I think is dangerous. The house is simple without any frills with good outside space. Inside is perfect for hot season because it is very fresh.

Perfect for our needs

From the nice little basic touches supplied, like toilet roll, washing up items, dishwasher tablets, board games and satellite TV, helped us settle in quick and we’re straight round to make sure we new the property to help enjoy our stay. Really pleased with the property and location worked brilliantly for us, thankyou.
