On the ground floor, a spacious living and dining room forms the heart of the home, complete with an open-hearth fireplace, a dining table, and access to both the garden and the terrace. The open kitchen is fully equipped and connects to an additional dining area, while a separate WC is also located on this level. 1 bedroom on the ground floor is furnished with 1 double bed measuring 200 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and is served by a private shower and WC.
The upper floor features an open gallery with sloping ceilings, which includes 1 double sofabed and opens onto a balcony. This floor accommodates 2 further bedrooms, both with characteristic sloping ceilings. The first of these contains 1 double bed measuring 180 cm in width and 190 cm in length, with a bath and WC.
