7階に達するエレベーターがある8階のアパートは、最近改装され、すべての快適さを備えており、街と周囲の丘の壮大な景色が望めます。
観光の一日後に日没時にワインを飲むのは大変です。
それは、超巨大な料理の壁、アメリカの冷蔵庫、ダブルソファベッドと大きな部屋で構成されています。
2つのダブルベッドルームと2つの窓付きバスルーム（シャワー付）付きの寝室。
客室の1つで3つ目のベッドを追加でき、ベッドは必要に応じて分割することができます。

A perfect location that was quiet, clean and roomy. Rosella was immediate with her responses and helpful recommending sights of Verona and where to eat close by. Beds were comfortable and we really enjoyed the morning sunrises overlooking the city. We definitely stay here again!

The apartment was in an ideal location with proximity to the train station (6 min walk) and to prime sightseeing areas (10-20 min walk). We enjoyed coming back mid afternoon to enjoy drinks and snacks on the lovely patio deck before heading out for the evening for dinner and the obligatory gelato! Groceries, cafes and restaurants were very close by. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Ideal for 2 travelling couples with well sized bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Would definitely return to stay here in the future!Thanks Rosella for your kindness!

Wonderful!

This is a great apartment for exploring Verona and the surrounding area. Conveniently located near the train station and a short walk to city attractions. Beautiful modern design, comfortable beds, and well stocked for cooking simple meals. Friendly and responsive owners. Would absolutely stay again.

Fabulous appartment

Spacious and airy apartment. The terrace was absolutely perfect - comfortable with amazing views. Great location - short walk in to centre, close to railway station, supermarket nearby.

Verona at Rosella’s

Rosella was a superior host. Wonderfully responsive and supportive. The apartment was perfect, had everything we needed, amazing balcony for sitting with family, close to supermarket and Gelato, and short walk into old Verona. We loved it!

Excellent lodging and great location in Verona

The hosts could not have been more helpful; the apartment was spotless; and the location could not have been better (close to the train station to do “day trips”). Thoroughly enjoyable.

Wonderful stay

Our host was wonderful. She was so friendly and helpful. We arrived by plane, but our luggage was delayed by a day. Our host offered to wait for our luggage while we went out to enjoy Verona. The apartment is very clean and modern. Would love to stay here again.

Very responsive owner, grea location.

Ideal location to train station and other sites, spotless, roomy. Roselle was extremely prompt in responding to all queries during our stay. All in all, the perfect spot!

Perfect stay in Verona centre

A perfect appartment with very friendly host. Appartment has everything you need and has an amazing view over Verona. The location is very good, quiet area 10 minutes walk from the Arena. I can recommend to stay in here. Next time we will book this appartment again.

Great Apt & location

We really enjoyed our stay @ this lovely Apt. The views from the balcony were spectacular. The location was great. Rosella was very helpful with restaurant recommendations & things to do in Verona. We rented a car & having the garage was a plus. We highly recommend this Apt. Harvey & Maureen

Fabulous Views.

The apartment was well equipped,comfortable & quiet with fabulous views out over Verona from the outside patio. Close to restaurants,supermarket & about 10 mins walk into Verona & the railway station. An enjoyable stay!

Fabulous apartment with an amazing terrace & views

We visited with friends for a 4 night break which included going to the opera Carmen in the Arena.From the moment we booked (almost a year in advance) & then during our stay, the host Rosella was superb & very responsive. She was so helpful with recommendations to help us make the most of our stay. The apartment didn’t disappoint & the photos were exactly correct, absolutely lovely & the views of the city from the large terrace were amazing.The location was perfect with everything within very easy walking distance - the train station, city centre/arena etc. Also an exceptional bakery & great supermarket a short walk away. Thank you Rosella & hope to return soon.

Verona Penthouse

Our host Rosella was lovely and very helpful! The apartment was spacious and the views were spectacular. Very convenient and close to the old town and the train station. The nicest place we stayed in Italy. Will go back!

Fantastic apartment

Rosellas apartment is amazing, as she is as a host. Everything you’ll ever need, great views, super handy location near the station & city centre. Rosella is an amazing host, nothing is too much trouble, not that we needed everything, she spent time marking maps for us. We will be staying with her again in a couple of years. Fantastic stay!

Superb apartment

A fantastic large 2 bedroom 2 bathroom penthouse apartment with views overlooking Verona. 5 minute walk to the train station, so very easy to take trains for day trips to nearby cities and Lake Garda. Rosella is a fantastic host and provided us with lots of local recommendations. We will visit again soon!

Great stay in Verona

We really enjoyed this apartment, the location and our host was fantastic! The only issue was the low sloped ceilings. We hit our heads more than once and the smaller bedroom had very low cellings so you had to slide down the bed to get up or down.
