The host was amazing. The unit is central and very beautiful. The only thing missing is a washing machine. (This is the first place we have stayed in the last few weeks where there wasn’t one). Plus we had quite a noisy neighbour upstairs late at night unfortunately. But our host was amazing and the place is gorgeous.

Buonasera Rechelle 🌟 As stated in the listing, the apartment is not equipped with a washing machine. However, we do offer a laundry service with 24-hour return if needed. I sincerely apologize for the noise disturbance. This is the FIRST TIME we have been informed of such an issue, as the apartment is very well insulated.💎 I hope you nevertheless had a pleasant stay, and thank you again for your visit ❤️

Anne is a supreme host. The apartment was perfect for the two of us, well furnished, comfortable, great location - perfect. Anne’s advice booklet was most useful. We did not go on a winery tour but figured with everything else being so good, this would be also. We did have a blast at our pasta making class. Definitely would come back here.

This is a beautiful, clean, quiet property in a perfect location. The property includes a lovely private patio. The host is wonderful. The property includes books with recommended places to visit and eat a plus. Verona is a beautiful city. Staying at this property even made it more special. The host clearly strives for excellence!

3 days in Verona

The apartment was clean, well decorated and comfortable. Just over the bridge from the center, situated in a quiet area, but within easy reach of the sites and restaurants of the city. One minute from the apartment was a local cafe that served breakfast and on the other side of the square a deli/cafe with milk, bread and a large selection of ready cooked meats and vegetables. We slept well in comfortable beds with no noise. We would use the apartment again if we go back to Verona and would certainly recommend it to friends.

Perfect!

Where to start…. From booking through checkout Anne was spectacular. She went so far above and beyond in making our stay exceptional! The apartment was expertly designed using local products and accessories. There were fresh cut flowers throughout and no detail overlooked. The location was spectacular and patio absolutely stunning. Anne even helped arrange a special celebration for my sister’s birthday. I would not hesitate to recommend booking this lovely apartment. Thank you Anne and team for making our time in Verona so special!

Anne est une hôte sympathique, accueillante et disponible. Tout a été réuni pour un séjour réussi. L’appartement est superbe avec tous les équipements pour vous sentir comme chez vous. Il est identique aux photos, la terrasse avec ses merveilleuses plantes, est reposante après une journée de visite à Vérone. Notre chien a aimé la terrasse. L'emplacement est idéal pour explorer la ville et alentours. Nous avons passé une merveilleuse semaine à Vérone. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement. Merci encore à Anne.

Wenn Verona, dann hier!

Wir haben in dieser Unterkunft zu fünft (Eltern, jugendlicher Sohn, Oma und Hund) zwei Nächte im heißen Juli verbracht, bevor wir in die Toscana weitergefahren sind. Dass Verona eine Reise wert ist, dürfte allgemein bekannt sein. Aber die Stadt von dieser Wohnung aus zu erkunden, ist noch einmal etwas ganz anderes. Allein die Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Ponte Pietra und damit der Altstadt sowie zur Zahnradbahn - oder der Treppe - zum Castel San Pietro wäre ein ausschlaggebendes Argument. Die Wohnung selbst ist aber auch auf einem so hohen Ausstattungs- und Sauberkeitsniveau, dass für uns absolut keine Wünsche offen blieben. Die Tage starteten mit einem Frühstück auf der wunderschön eingewachsenen Terrasse, bevor es dann in die Stadt bzw. am Abreisetag zum kostenlosen öffentlichen Sandparkplatz ging, der sich in nur einigen hundert Metern Entfernung befindet. Aufgrund der vor Ort herrschenden Hitze haben wir bei unserer Rückkehr dankbar von der Klimaanlage Gebrauch gemacht. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war äußerst angenehm, auch Fragen abseits der reinen Vermietung wurden schnell und sehr freundlich beantwortet. Gern hätten wir sowohl in dieser Wohung als auch im wunderschönen Verona mehr Zeit verbracht, aber so haben wir einen Grund, den Besuch in der Zukunft zu wiederholen. Klar ist: Wenn wir wieder nach Verona fahren, ist diese Wohnung erste Wahl, wenn nicht sogar einer der Gründe für die Reise. Grazie mille Anne e alla prossima!

Fabulous Apartment in a Perfect Location

This was a wonderful place to stay in Verona. Just one minute, on foot, to Ponte Pietra. There is a temporary parking area where we were able to unload our luggage, then a free parking area just a little bit up the street. The apartment, itself, it lovely. So many wonderful little touches! We really did love it. We will definitely book this place again when we return to Verona!

Amazing place!

This place was AWESOME! We will be staying here every time we visit Verona. We could have asked for better hospitality from Anne and her husband! She had anything and everything we needed and went out of her way to accommodate us. Traveling with two little kids is hard and Anne did everything to make sure it went seamlessly. We highly recommend this property to anyone traveling with kids or looking for a romantic getaway, we were able to have both with Anne’s help.

Fantastic apartment in a beautiful city.

We cannot speak highly enough of Anne and our stay at the La Dolce Vita apartments. Anne's warm and sincere welcome made us feel at home straight away. It is obvious that a lot of thought and care has gone into the apartment as it was beautifully fitted out and furnished in a modern/French Chic style and to an extremely high standard. The whole apartment was spotlessly clean (it was like a show home) and has everything anyone could want for their stay. Anne was always on hand before and during our stay for any questions and she gave us lots of tips and advice on where to eat and places to visit. She even arranged for our transfer back to the airport. There is a local patisserie next door that sell a wide variety of groceries including the most wonderful freshly baked apricot croissant which go down really well with a fresh cup of coffee/tea on the veranda. The apartment is a scenic, easy 10 minute walk across the river to the main city centre. This is one, if not the best apartment we have had the pleasure of staying in and so much so we have already booked our return visit in 2019. 'Cant wait'

A dream come true!

Every now and then you dream about finding an unforgettable and remarkable place to escape from your daily worries. Anne's paradise La Dolce Vita is such a place. With so much love and taste she created a luxury apartment ideally situated few steps from the center of Verona. Each day a beautiful walk across the bridge looking over Adige river. The apartment itself is extremely clean, decorated with taste and all necessary utilities available. Special is the wonderful terrace which we used each day to have something to eat or to talk. Sweet Anne is extremely helpful to get you acquainted with the city and all it has to offer. We spend a week but we would have loved to spend much longer period. We certainly will be back one day. This is the dream place you were looking for! Thank you dear Anne!!!

The only place to stay in Verona!

From the minute we met Anne she made us feel so welcome providing us with nibbles & drinks to enjoy on the terrace. Anne gave us sooooo much information about how to get the most from our short stay in Verona. From historical buildings with beautiful views to mitchelin star restaurants & friendly bars. The apartment is absolutely beautiful & is in the best location near the Verona's old town. We could not have wished for a better host, apartment or location and certainly would not stay anywhere else when visiting Verona. Grazie Anne xx

Charming and elegant; exceptionally located.

The moment we arrived at La Dolce Vita Santo Stefano we knew we had arrived at an exceptional property. The owner, Anne, greeted us when we arrived and she made us feel instantly at home. Anne is a gracious, elegant and charming woman, much like the beautiful apartment she has designed. Upon arrival, Anne orientated us to the apartment and then gave us a very helpful overview of Verona and provided us with maps, brochures and recommendations to her personal favorite cafes, restaurants, markets, piazzas and attractions. We had arrived with a rental car and secure parking was conveniently located nearby. The apartment was immaculate and well supplied (coffee, biscuits, wine and other provisions were thoughtfully left for our convenience). The kitchen was very well appointed with just about everything one might need for dinning in or eating al fresco on Dolce Vita Santo Stefano's large and lovely patio; which we did on a number of occasions. The apartment has two very comfortable bedrooms, each with its own on-suit bathrooms. The furnishing and finishing are high quality with incredibly comfortable beds and linens. There was air conditioning throughout the apartment and when on, was extremely quiet. My wife and I traveled with my wife's sister and the apartment was very smartly laid out which provided us with ample room, privacy and comfort. Anne made herself available throughout our stay and was an attentive, charming and responsive owner. The location of La Dolce Vita Santo Stefano couldn't have been better. It was several short blocks from Ponte Pietra, the old Medieval bridge which leads to the heart of the old part of beautiful Verona. Conveniently located near the apartment were shops with wonderful food for provisions and a variety of excellent restaurants to choose from. Although centrally located, the apartment was very quiet. We spent three weeks travelling around the Veneto and Emilia Romagna area of Italy and by far this was the loveliest apartment that we stayed in and Verona was our most favorite city. We would not hesitate to return to La Dolce Vita Santo Stefano and Verona. Anne and her charming apartment was truly a highlight of our trip. Darryl Phelan
