Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, Peter! We're delighted to hear that you had a very enjoyable stay at our property. Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us, and we're pleased that the minor issues you encountered upon arrival were swiftly addressed by our property managers. Your praise for the speed of their response is much appreciated and motivates us to maintain such high standards of service. We're glad that the property lived up to your expectations and matched the description. We understand that the presence of mosquitoes around dusk can be a nuisance, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused. This is a common challenge in the Vale do Lobo area, but we appreciate your understanding. Regarding the pool temperature, we regret that it wasn't as comfortable as you'd hoped, especially due to the shading from the trees. We offer the heated pool option for future reference, which might enhance your experience during your next visit. We're thrilled that you enjoyed the peaceful location and the convenience of having a well-stocked supermarket nearby. Your positive feedback on these aspects is valuable to us and other potential guests. Thank you once again for choosing our property for your stay and for sharing your insights. We hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future and provide you with an even better experience. If you have any further comments or suggestions, please don't hesitate to let us know. Your feedback helps us continually improve. Best Wishes Team Villamore
