This splendid villa is strategically positioned, offering a convenient 15-minute stroll to the renowned Praca. Inside the villa, guests will find air-conditioning throughout, ensuring comfort in any season. The living-dining area features an LCD TV with satellite channels and provides seamless access to the inviting garden and pool area. Additionally, complimentary Wi-Fi internet access is available for your convenience.



The upper floor is home to the master suite, which boasts a private terrace and an en-suite bathroom. In total, Villa Quadradinhos 21Q offers four well-appointed bathrooms, ensuring ample space and privacy for all guests.



Step outside, and you'll discover a sun-drenched haven. This delightful villa features a built-in barbecue and meticulously landscaped gardens. The outdoor living space is as functional as it is charming, with direct access from the villa via the lounge patio doors.

For those visiting during the period of November to March, air-conditioning (Hot & Cold) is available for €175 per week, and it is mandatory. Additionally, pool heating can be arranged at a rate of €250 per week.

A lovely villa and pool

We recently had a lovely stay at the villa. We were very impressed with the size of the place and we loved the decor. The whole house really felt homely. We loved the location of the villa as it was very peaceful and the garden provided us with privacy due to the lovely plants The pool was amazing. We opted to have it heated which was definitely a good option. The steps into the pool were exactly what we needed for my elderly father.

Very Enjoyable Stay

There were three minor problems when we arrived, I reported them to the property managers and they were fixed almost immediately - we were very impressed by the speed of the response. The property was exactly as described. Our only gripes were: i) the hour long visitation by mosquitoes around dusk - presumably similar elsewhere in Vale do Lobo, and ii) the pool temperature - it was 'bracing' as it is shaded by trees for almost half the day - we did not take the heated pool option. A quiet location, conveniently close to a well stocked supermarket were both big plusses.
