The pool is electrically heated from November to April and offers easy access via Roman Steps. You can also unwind in the adjacent Jacuzzi, enjoy a game of pool or table football, or indulge in al fresco dining courtesy of a built-in BBQ.



The villa offers a ramp for ease of interior access and features large walk-in showers for convenience. Air conditioning also serves as a heating system for the colder months. For added security, an alarm system and a safety deposit box are in place. Off-road parking for two cars is available.
