Situation

The situation is ideal just 1 km from the Arenal beach, which can be accessed by walking through a path from the side entrance of the house. Also, just a few steps away you will find the "Consum" supermarket and the "Carrasco" restaurant for your convenience. In addition to its convenient location, Villa Saladar is surrounded by a variety of exciting activities for children. A short distance away, your children will be able to enjoy days full of adventure in the Montgó Natural Park, exploring natural trails and marvelling at the local flora and fauna. For a day full of laughter and excitement, the Terra Mítica theme park in Benidorm is just an hour's drive away, offering a wide variety of exciting attractions and shows for the whole family. Additionally, Alicante Airport is 99 km away.

La piscina, tiene un tamaño fenomenal, y esa zona está muy bien. Es cómoda y por la noche con las luces se crea un ambiente muy chulo para pasar una buena velada. El camino desde la casa a la piscina es de tierra, y la entrada a la casa también lo es, con lo cual, cuando vas hacia la casa te llenas de barro y tierra, y es bastante desagradable. La sombrilla no la pudimos abrir porque no tenía la manivela.

Casa muy bonita y con buena piscina

La casa tiene todo lo necesario para los 8 que caben. Solo una pega, el rollo de 1 habitación en la parte inferior y 3 en la superior. Las dos cocinas van bien para poder comer en la terraza o en el piso. Otra pega, ha sido el hecho de no facilitar la entrada y salida, los horarios son muy estrictos. Pero en general genial. La piscina genial

We had a lovely holiday, enjoyed our stay at the villa, a couple of things needs some TLC around the villa. But we lived the rustic spanish feel. The extrnal side gate handle needs fixing as keeps falling out and the path from the pool to villa could really do with cementing in as we had a few trips and falls. Lick of paint. But thats just feeback. This didnt stop us havin the best time. So thank you x

La casa es grande y las dos estancias separadas se agradecen. La piscina está muy bien cuidada y hay un par de mesas para comer que dan mucho juego también. La cocina tiene de todo y la casa también, no hemos echado nada en falta. La comunicación ha sido perfecta en todo momento. La ubicación no está nada mal, a 5 mins de Jávea centro y de la playa, aunque hay que coger el coche. Sin duda muy recomendable.

Some fans were damaged/ too noisy to use. Doors upstairs didn't not lock or close well. Air conditioning upstairs leaked water after a few minutes use.

great stay with a few issues

great stay had a lovely time. Villa was nice could do modernising a bit and the air con unit upstairs leaked told rock rental regarding the issue and was told to turn the aircon unit temp up between 21/22 which we did and didn’t make a difference.

Manque de précision

Nous avions 2 bébés de 10 mois précise à la réservation. Aucun accès avec une poussette tout des escaliers. Pas de verdure tout de la terre battue avec épine de sapin donc bebe à 4 pattes condamné à rester à l intérieur. Appart du bas sur le site de réservation grille devant la porte fenêtre ouverte et l a soudain pas de clefs et plus de réponse de l intermédiaire qui devait nous l emmener après lui avoir prouvé que sur les photos c était ouvert car elle nous a dit que celle ci ne s ouvrait pas j ai du faire intervenir une serrurier pour changer le barillet ( a mes frais) car pendant 3 jours je devais faire le tour de la maison à chaque fois qu un des jumeaux pleure de plus ont se croyait en prison avec ses barreaux !!!!! Quel dommage pour des vacances 😉😉😉😉😉 Le samedi ont me demande si je veux des chaises hautes pour les enfants je précise que oui j ai du faire le règlement immédiatement sur la route et quand j arrive et que je demande un renseignement ont m envoi un message me disant que personne ne travail le samedi il faudra attendre lundi ????!!! Hygiène a l arrive sur l appart du bas NUL. Des bout de verres et surtout odeur et poils dé chien de partout limite une infection. Dommage car à part tout cela bien placé si ont a une voiture car route pas éclairé pour allé dans la ville alors qu on est à 20 minutes à pieds .

Casa con piscina excelente

La piscina está excelente. La parcela está fenomenal, tiene un columpio para los peques y con los pinos se está fresco a la sombra todo el día. Los baños son bastante nuevos. La cocina bien, dispone de todo lo necesario incluso con cafetera italiana y de capsulas. Hay un supermercado grande a un minuto en coche. A parte de los mosquitos (normal entre pinos), en la parcela había restos de estancias anteriores que esperábamos más limpia. Hay cosas algo viejas como las persianas principalmente.

El alojamiento fue muy agradable

El alojamiento fue muy agradable, disfrutamos de la piscina privada, la cual estaba muy bien cuidada y limpia, de la barbacoa con todos los accesorios, se podría mejorar con un paellero ) La casa estaba limpia , el A/A no hizo falta conectarlo mucho, ya que hay corriente en las zonas comunes, y los ventiladores de techo en dos de las habitaciones ayudan bastante. La persona que nos atendió, Andres, fue muy hospitalario y servicial, tuvimos una avería con el router que dejó de funcionar, y nos lo arreglo al instante. Disponible por teléfono y WhatsApp de inmediato. El único pero sería la documentación que te piden una vez finalizada la reserva, nos pidieron los DNIs de todos los mayores de 16 años, lo cual no me sentí cómodo ya que mis datos los gestiono con AIRNb y no con terceros. Deberían comentarlo en el anuncio. A parte te cobran un alto gasto de servicios de limpieza, pero tuvimos que tirar la basura en los contenedores y dejar el menaje limpio. Siempre dejo la casa tal y como me la encuentro, por lo que ese gasto lo vi excesivo. Por lo demás todo fantástico. Volvería a repetir
