Located in one of the main areas of the historic center, this cozy one bedroom apartment is a fabulous place if you want to stay in the center of Malaga with family or friends.

Accommodation, Distribution and Equipment

60 square meters size, and up to 4 people capacity, it is a very special accommodation with nice decoration and great comfortness.

At the entrance, you will find the living room and also a fully-equipped kitchen perfectly adapted to your needs. This living room, with grey colours, has a double sofa easily becoming a 190cmx150cm bed. You will also get a completely new and full-equipped bathroom.

Next to the living room, you will see the bedroom, which has a large double bed and exterior view.

Elevator, LED TV, High Speed WiFi Internet, hot and cold air conditioning, microwave, ceramic hob, juicer, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, complete set of kitchenware and utensils, bedding, towels, washing machine, Fridge, freezer, iron, ironing board and hair dryer.

Placed in a completely renovated building, it is located next to one of the most emblematic places of the city, the Central Market of Atarazanas, and a few meters from the busy Plaza de Félix Sáenz. The place where it is located, Prim Street, is part of one of the traditionally most frequented areas of Malaga life, due to the large number of small businesses that provide the pedestrian streets that you can walk to enjoy the true essence of this city Mediterranean

Fantastic location and apartment with style and all you need

Malaga and the apartment far surpassed our expectations. The location was very central ( right next to the market ) and a 15 stroll to the waterfront. ( there was however a new building site right outside our window which did create a lot of noise from 7.30 am - perhaps a good idea to warn clients before they book that this is the case?). The apartment was very stylishly furnished and decorated and had all the amenities that we wished for. The office staff at checkin were very friendly and helpful and when I visited several times to ask about booking other apartments again, they were very informative. One small point would be to perhaps give better directions to the apartments or a small map of the pedestrianised historical part with the Route to each apartment. All on all can not fault and we had such a great time we will be back later in the year with family and friends.
