Nicely furnished, centrally located, renovated with all you need for a stay. Walking distance to most of the main attractions. 2 BR and 2 baths. Decided to stay in the historic area rather than by the beach given time of year - glad we did!

We had an enjoyable 6 night stay in this spacious and very clean apartment which is located on the edge of the historic district. There are plenty of restaurants and sites to visit easily on foot. The kitchen has all the basics. The bed is very comfortable. It was great to have the option of a shower or bathtub, but the bathtub is not a hot tub as described in the amenities. There is an efficient heating/air conditioning unit in the living room and one bedroom. The host, Isabel, responds promptly to your questions.Prior to our arrival we were a bit concerned when we were contacted by an individual from a property management company. Isabel quickly informed us this person was associated with her and he would be the person greeting us at the apartment upon our arrival. Our correspondence with him, done via WhatsApp, was excellent. He was waiting for us at the apartment upon our arrival and gave us a walk through the accommodation. We thank the host and management property company for making our stay in Malaga a very pleasant one. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Quaint Condo in a Great Location

The place was as advertised, clean and in a great location. The only thing I'd recommend is that you sleep with ear plugs since the walls are thin and you can hear the neighbors and outside traffic. Otherwise, the host was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Hello Rob I am glad that you enjoyed your stay. The building is from the last century with thick walls, but as it is a building with neighbours it is normal to hear some noise at night. If you have the living room windows closed it is difficult for you to hear noise from the street, especially when the street is closed to traffic (the street has been closed for over a month due to repairs to the pavement). Spacious apartment close to old Malaga

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It is spacious and very clean. Close to the old town and plenty of restaurants nearby. I big thank to the owner Isabel for welcome and organising taxis from an to airport.

A Home in Malaga

We had a truly wonderful stay here. The apartment was spacious, clean, and close to everything: Teatro Cervantes, restaurants, supermarkets, everything! It felt like home during our time in Malaga. The host Isabel was very responsive. I highly recommend this apartment.

A lovely stay in Malaga

The apartment was as described, clean and spacious with beautifully folded towels! It was within walking distance of the city centre and places of interest. Malaga is full of wonderful restaurants and is very welcoming. I think it would have been helpful if more guest information was available on arrival such as the nearest supermarket, pharmacy, how to dispose of garbage etc. So a guest information folder would be very useful for the owner and for guests. A great stay.

Malaga the magnificent

Our host Isabel was second to none. Communication was prompt and freindly. Our unit was large, stylish, cozy with old world charm. Linens , pillows and kitchen supplies we're perfect.

Beautiful apartment in perfect place

Good and fast communication with Isabel. The description of the apartment is correct, just like the photos. The center is really around the corner. All sights can be reached on foot. We could sleep well in this quiet apartment. Also recommended for seniors.

Very nice larger than l expected. Very central area l don't normally stay in . Some essential cleaning and cooking facilities were in the apartment which was useful. Would book again in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay — the apartment is very nice, well located, and close to the Centro Histórico.When we arrived, one of the two showers wasn’t working. The host explained it would be fixed the next day, but unfortunately, it was only repaired on the third day. We understand personal circumstances can happen, but as guests, it would be reassuring to know a professional repair option is available if needed.Another point was the air conditioning. One of the reasons we chose this apartment was because it offered AC, which is very important in the hot weather. While we appreciate the host’s concern for the environment, being asked to turn it off during the day made it difficult to keep the place comfortable, especially since not all rooms have AC.Without these two instances, it would have easily been a 5/5 stay.

You checked in on Sunday, August 31, 2025. That same afternoon, you sent me a photograph via WhatsApp informing me that the shower holder was broken. Upon your arrival, the apartment was in proper condition. I explained that, as it was Sunday, the stores were closed and it was not possible to purchase the replacement part at that time. Unfortunately, on Monday the maintenance manager fell ill, a situation I also informed you about, indicating that the repair would be carried out as soon as he recovered. Nevertheless, the apartment has two bathrooms in perfect condition, and the shower could still be used since the handset was working correctly, although it had to be held by hand. On Wednesday, the maintenance manager went to the apartment with your authorization, as you had mentioned that you usually left around 10:00 in the morning and did not return until the afternoon. During this visit, he observed that both air conditioning units had been left on while the apartment was empty. For this reason, I contacted you to kindly ask that you switch them off when leaving, in the interest of responsible energy use and proper maintenance of the facilities.

Very Nice Apartment in a Great Location

The apartment is very well kept, very well divided, has everything you need and is very well situated, right in the historical centre which is great for enjoying the nights. Isabel arranged for a taxi to pick us up at the airport when we arrived and she also arranged for a taxi to bring us to the airport at the end of our stay. The taxi driver, who was the same person on both rides, was cheerful, polite and helpful. What great all-around service.
