The ground floor features 2 of the 4 bedrooms: the first is appointed with a French bed measuring 160 cm and offers a direct exit to the garden, while the second includes a bunk bed alongside a French bed measuring 140 cm, also with access to the garden. A spacious open-plan kitchen and living room area occupies the heart of this floor, complete with a dining table that makes it an ideal setting for family gatherings. A shower room with bidet and WC is also located on this level.

The upper floor presents an open small walk-through room furnished with a sofa bed, a third bedroom with a French bed measuring 160 cm, and a fourth bedroom with 2 single beds. A second shower room with bidet and WC serves this floor. The entire house benefits from gas heating throughout both levels.
