Lovely house right next to the sea perfect for exploring the area

Comfortable and spacious house right next to the ocean ideas for swimming. A short drive to prime locations like Ortigia and Noto. Wouldn't be here without a car.

Beautiful home in a perfect location

This house definitely exceeds expectations. The views are spectacular and with a private entrance to a small rocky with a little sand beach, perfect for the "away from it all" experience. But close enough to Syracuse and the areas around that region. A trip to Mt Etna is about a 1hr. drive. Also, close to some wineries, the Baroque towns of Ragusa and Noto and some great hiking and bird-watching at the Riserva Vendicari. We would definitely choose this home again. Just lovely.

Wir kommen gerne wieder

Wer Sizilien kennt und liebt, wird auch dieses Haus lieben. Es liegt in einer für Sizilien typischen Ferienhausumgebung, hat sehr schöne Außenbereiche und ist bei schönem Wetter ein Traum.

Le paradis

Maison idéalement située, à quelques mètres de la plage avec une vue magnifique. la maison est grande, bien équipé au calme . La propriétaire est tout à fait charmante. Des que nous pouvons nous y retournons.

Maison parfaite pour les vacances, très fonctionnelle. Emplacement de rêve avec accès direct à la mer. Très belle terrasse couverte pour les repas et grand jardin. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par la propriétaire qui a été très disponible tout au long de notre séjour.

Voldeed niet aan onze verwachtingen

Naar aanleiding van de recensies op uw website voldeed dit huis niet aan onze verwachtingen. Het huis heeft een mooie ligging met de tuin aan de zee. De keuken is klein en de kookplaat is aan vernieuwing toe. Niet alle pitten willen branden. Ook is dit huis zeker niet geschikt voor 9 personen. Maximaal 6 personen kunnen slapen. Er is 1 slaapkamer met een tweepersoonsbed van 1.60 m. De andere 2 slaapkamers hebben een tweepersoonsbed van 1.40 m. We hebben best een fijne vakantie gehad maar zoals gezegd het huis voldeen niet aan onze verwachting.

Fantastic holiday house

We stayed 13 days, and it was great. The owner was extremely helpful and caring. We had some small problems with the fuses. But understandable we had 32-35 degrees during this visit. So the air conditioning had to work hard. The owner also helped us finding good restaurants in Siracusa and organised taxi! We can only recommend this house! Regards family Fredriksson and Hellgren

Idyllic

My family and I had a wonderful time here. It exceeds what you would expect from the description. The house is compact but has everything you would want, especially good air con and showering/bathroom facilities. Kitchen is as little tight but BBQ outside and its fine. The main thing though is the garden is large and beautiful and the gate at the bottom opens directly onto the beach. Sara couldn't have been more helpful and has no english so we communicated in french. Location for the wonderful city of Sircacuse was perfect but you need a car. A winner. Thanks Sara.

Que du plaisir..

Excellente location ! Nous serions bien resté une semaine de plus. Les photos sont conformes à la réalité. Seul bémol, nous avons eu des problèmes de wi-fi et avons du contacter la propriétaire pour qu'elle s'occupe de le remettre en service. Merci à Sara pour son accueil.

Warm place and warm welcome!

We were very glad to stay here. Special thanks to our hostess Sara - it was so nice to meet her, he was always ready to help. Very well equipped house, beautiful view, wonderful weather! Every day we started with breakfast on the terrace, the sea was calm and inviting. Fresh bakery is delivered every morning to the street, listen to the horn. The beach is just in front of the gate, it is small, sandy and it was very good for our three children who stayed in water for hours. In the evening we travelled around, the location is brilliant, it is good if you have small children and like quite place, but it is just 15 minutes from Syracusa if you want to see old city, go to street market in the morning to buy fruits, cheese and speciality, shopping or to go to restaurant. One hour from Catania, 1,5 hours from Etna and even less from Etnaland - very nice amusement park and aquapark for children. Don't miss Cavagrande Cassibile - very beatuful place.

Einfach toll!!!

Durch lange Warterei auf den Mietwagen kamen wir gut drei Stunden später als ursprünglich vereinbart am Haus an. Die Vermieterin erwartete uns vor der Tür und erklärte auf Englisch die wichtigsten Dinge rund um das Haus. Wir waren von dem Haus und vor allem der Lage begeistert. Ich finde sogar, das es in Realität noch besser wirkt, als auf den Fotos. Hervorheben möchte ich noch, das wir einen mobilen W-Lan-Sender bekamen, den wir auch auf unsere Fahrten über die Insel mitnehmen konnten. Das Haus liegt in einer reinen Ferienhaus-Siedlung und die Wirtschaftskrise in Italien hat auch hier ihre Spuren hinterlassen. Mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen gibt es einen Minimarkt wo es morgens frische Backwaren fürs Frühstück gibt. Was man sonst noch so braucht bekommt man in Syrakusa bei Lidl oder Famila. Die Betreuung durch die Vermieterin war gut, ein kleines Problem mit der Elektrik wurde schnell behoben. Wegen der etwas kühlen Witterung hatten wir sämtliche elektrischen Heizer an und der dann noch genutzte Backofen überforderte die Hauptsicherung etwas. Alles in allem ist das Haus zweckmäßig ausgestattet und war sehr sauber. Wir empfehlen es auf jeden Fall weiter.

Fabolous place to spend holidays!

"We had a week in the villa. It is an outstanding place, more beautiful than on the pictures, equipped with EVERYTHING. The landlord waited for us as accepted (with an Easter gift to my family). Three bedrooms (confortable), nice living room - direct access to the water: the best experience of mine with Homelidays so far. Great appreciation to the owners!"

très bonne location

notre séjour a été très agréable grâce à une maison conforme au descriptif, un accès à la mer privilégié et un accueil très sympathique de la part de Sara. Bien équipée pour des vacances tournées vers l'extérieur, jardin agréable, climatisation dans les chambres à apprendre à régler mais très appréciable. "Après quelques difficultés pour trouver, nous sommes arrivés dans un site de rêve avec vraiment la mer devant la maison. Bon confort dans la maison manque de quelques ustensiles pour ceux qui aiment cuisiner. La propriétaire est très agréable . Nous reviendrons dans ce lieu si calme à 15 minutes des commerces. "Oltre ogni aspettativa...il contesto della casa rispecchia la "vacanza da sogno". Tutto perfetto: alloggio grande e ben distribuito, molto razionale(soprattutto la doccia fuori)confortevole e curato nei particolari. Attrezzature interne (stoviglie, lenzuola, asciugamani,etc etc) ottime e notevoli. Esterni insuperabili per panorama, spazi coperti,giardini e attrezzature (tavolo grande,tavolini,poltroncine,sdraio, amaca etc etc)Cortesia, discrezione e disponibilità dei proprietari veramente eccellente. Il mare è proprio lì ad un passo, sempre presente. E'' da straconsigliare agli amici. Ci torneremo sicuramente. Grazie sig.ra S. per la straordinaria vacanza."
