This is an incredible oasis! Flavia and Sebastiano have thought of everything. After a day of exploring, the backyard, pool, outdoor kitchen and dining area is the perfect spot to relax and refresh. The beds are very comfortable and the space includes everything you need. Flavia and Sebastiano offer great advice, recommendations and are always available. With so much to see and explore within a 1 hour radius, it makes a perfect place. This was the highlight of our Sicilian vacation. Thank you Flavia and Sebastiano! Everything was perfect and your property is spectacular.

Beautiful Syracuse

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at Villa Flavia. Our hosts were warm and welcoming and did everything they could do to make our stay an enjoyable one. The Villa itself was spotlessly clean and felt as if it were brand new. The garden area and large pool are very relaxing and the bonus of a short stroll to the tranquil sandy beach (with a cafe on the beach). We would love to come again

Peter and his friends were very welcome guests, polite and courteous people. It was easy to communicate with them for their kindness and availability. We will be very happy to see them again at "Terrazza del lago"!

What an amazing villa. So peaceful and beautifully appointed. It has every single you can think of. The hosts are so accommodating without being intrusive and even bought us breakfast pastries one morning which were delicious. If you want a perfect place to stay go no further. You do need a car to get out and about as the village is very poor with limited choice for food and nothing great. However, a short drive away is the historic gem of Noto and beautiful Ortigia both essential visits.

We absolutely loved Villa Flavia. The property is new and very well kept, the modern design is beautiful and practical. The best feature is the pool, our son loved it and we all enjoyed chilling in it during the hottest hours of the day. There is a great beach in walking distance, as well as shops and restaurants. The host were lovely and helpful, always asking if we needed anything and giving us tips on where to go. Coludn't be happier with our stay. Thank you Flavia and Sebastiano for a memorable vacation!

Villa Flavia is a beautiful property with wonderful hosts. The interior of the Villa is modern asthetic with all amenities necessary!!! Walk to the beach or enjoy the beautiful pool amidst the lemon trees. It is "under the Sicilian Sun". Thank you Flavia e Sebastiano. It is now our home away from home. Stay here, you will want to return. Private and upscale.

Amazing would visit again

Our original VRBO rental was a nightmare, we left after one night and had to find another place on short notice. Lucky for us this property was free. The hosts were so welcoming, cleaned the pool and property everyday. The house was spotless and they even have another property separated by a gate if you have a larger group that is just as beautiful! They answered questions, recommended restaurants, brought us local cookies and dessert wine one night. Just so thoughtful and kind.

10 out of 10.We have stayed in lots of villas with great hosts but Flavia and Sebastiano were the best of the best. The villa is amazing, just as seen in the pictures and every morning you wake up to find the pool and garden as immaculate as the first day you arrived. We wanted to try the local train into Syracuse but messed up on the timings, we asked Flavia to help with a taxi but she then picked us up and drove us to Syracuse herself. You need to plan taxis 24 hours in advance.Flavia recommended the snorkelling in Ognina, lovely clear water and nice restaurant overlooking the sea.The beach in Fontane Bianche (5 min walk from Villa) gets very busy. If you're lucky to get a completely still day then the water was amazing. There is a very friendly bar on the beach where we frequented numerous times for an evening Aperol after day's sightseeing. The supermarket and bakery are again less than 5 mins from the villa and we used these places all the time.Lots of Pizzas in La Capannina, didn't get to try the mussels but they looked great. We were unlucky to go on an extremely hot evening are AirCon wasn't great.Would also recommend Naos, stuffed squid was great and terrace setting, looking out to the see in the evening was awesome.Best thing about Fontane Bianche was it took roughly 4 days before we heard another British accent !!!

An oasis in southeastern sicily

We were the first guest of this this newly constructed villa in the beach town of Fontane Bianche. Flavia and Sebastiano are the perfect hosts. They helped us out with reservation for dinner, beach clubs and tennis. They know everything about the eastern coast of Sicily and this a great base to see this part of the island. The house is brand new and appointed with everything one needs for a great holiday. The outdoor space is a huge asset. My three teenagers were able to find space for themselves on the lovely grounds. Would love to stay here again.
