Only 450 meters from the crystal-clear Adriatic, this charming holiday home for six guests promises a relaxing retreat with free WiFi and all the modern comforts. Situated just 400 meters from the lively center of Vir, you’ll find shops, restaurants (250 meters), and groceries (150 meters) all within easy walking distance. With Zadar Airport only 37 km away, your journey here is as smooth as your stay.

Modern Living with Relaxation in Mind
The home features a cozy, air-conditioned living area with a TV, a fully equipped open kitchen, and two beautifully designed bedrooms, each with its private bathroom, AC, and hairdryer. For true relaxation, enjoy the indoor bubble bath or unwind in the sauna. Outdoors, take a dip in the private pool, grill your favorite meals on the barbecue, or keep active with bikes and fitness gear. Children will love the trampoline and play area, making it fun for the whole family.
