El Vora Mar Beachfront Apartment is an elegant and cosy seafront apartment that is perfectly located right in front of the sandy beach of Puerto Pollensa. With sensational views and a wide range of nearby services, this apartment combines a privileged location with modern amenities and can accommodate up to 5 people in 3 bedrooms.



Inside, the large open and air-conditioned living room is equipped with comfortable sofas, armchairs, dining table, WiFi and satellite TV. The large patio doors lead to the private terrace with sea views, furnished and ideal for enjoying a drink while enjoying the beautiful landscape. The independent kitchen is fully equipped with 4 hobs, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, etc. The apartment has 3 bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with two single beds and another single. The double room has direct access to the terrace and offers beautiful sea views. There are 2 bathrooms (with bath and shower on the top floor): one is attached to the single room and the other is shared between the 2 remaining bedrooms.



Thanks to its location, this apartment is also perfect for guests who do not want to depend on a car during their holidays, as all services are practically just around the corner!



Air conditioning from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Available only in the living room



The tourist tax is included in the rates.



Important information to keep in mind:



In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.



On the check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove it; otherwise, a charge of 150 € will be applied for waste management.



The guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of 26 October) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), therefore close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for the registration of all guests.

Nice place to stay off-season. Apartment was clean and had a nice view to the promenade along the beach. Trees blocked view of harbor mostly, but that didn't bother me. Sofa is stained and covered with a blanket. No shower curtains in either bathroom for some reason. This is a nice town to stay in if you're in Mallorca on a cycling vacation.

The apartment had plenty of room for the 4 of us. If you wanted to cook you need to get spices oil and all the little things that some places have. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby. I didn’t love the beach nearby it’s more of a bay with a lot of boats. Very crowded. It would a nice beach for small children. Check in was difficult instructions we not clear. We had to call customer support but they helped us get. If you’re looking to stay in puerto Pollença it’s a nice place and location. Just not for me!

We were fortunate to find this apartment available despite booking just a few weeks in advance. While it can be a bit noisy at night due to its central location, Puerto Pollensa isn't a party town, so things quiet down after midnight. Parking was easy to find and free of charge. The apartment itself is spacious and well-equipped with everything we needed. The check-in time of 5pm and check-out at 10am might be inconvenient for some, though it worked fine for us given our flight times. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

Lovely apartment, perfect location.

Apartment was exactly as described. First floor, right by the beach. Very clean and comfortable. Sealand Villas were very helpful and always came back to me promptly when I had questions before the holiday. Whilst there, we phoned them to request another fan as one was broken and they delivered a new one within a couple of hours!!

Lage und Größe der Wohnung. Wunderbarer Meerblick, toller Strand direkt vor der Haustür. In nächster Umgebung tolle Café s und Restaurants. Die Betten/,Matratzen in den Doppelzimmer waren durchgelesen und hatten quietschende Untergestelle.

The main problem is the misleading photograph and information on the view from apartment. We choose it for the views of the bay no view!!!!!!!! You cannot see any bay boats etc because of the trees. Trees healthy but advertisement very misleading. So disappointing. This apartment has no air conditioning in bedrooms fans very noisy. Having said all this would return as apartment location was good

Fantastic apartment

We are frequent visitors to Puerto Pollensa, usually 3-4 trips per year but our usual apartment was not available for a list minute trip we planned so we stayed at the Vora Mar. The apartment was very clean and tidy with everything you could need and very spacious. Right on the Pine Walk with lovely view out onto the bay and steps away from the beach and restaurants of Pine Walk. We would definitely consider staying here again.
