The 130 m² apartment Catalina 3B- tres dormitorios is located in a beautiful location, in the first row of Port de Pollença just a few meters from the sandy beach. Here you can spend a relaxing vacation by the sea. The quietly located and modernly furnished apartment has a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and can accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning and SAT TV.

From your covered, private terrace with seating furniture, you can enjoy a magnificent sea view of the bay, blue waters and the beach. Enjoy a delicious breakfast in the morning and a sundowner in the evening. The sandy Platja d'Albercutx beach is right on your doorstep.

Supermarkets, cafes and restaurants can be found within a short 5-12 minute walk (400m -1km) in the town center. Stroll along the promenade at the marina and enjoy the balmy summer evenings in one of the many bars and restaurants. The center of Mallorca's vibrant capital Palma is a 54-minute drive (65 km) away, and the city's airport is a 49-minute drive (68 km).

Parking is available on the street. Pets are not allowed.

Super Apartment

Super Apartment in der schönsten Lage direkt am Wasser. Leider war die Kommunikation mit der Agentur schwierig. Bei Ankunft fanden wir erst nicht den Schlüsselkasten. Unter der genannten TEL.-Nr. War niemand zu erreichen bzw. Es erfolgte auch nie ein Rückruf.
