Beach house Ericeira

Perfect location (5 min walk to the nearest beach and less than 10 min walk to the city centre), spacious and very clean. Everything was smooth with payment and keys. There was one double bed and one single bed on the top floor, and a separate double bed with a separate bathroom in the basement. The basement bedroom was OK, but we had preferred 4 beds on the top floor.

Not as stated on website

The pictures on the website were not what we experienced during our stay. On the pictures the apartment appears to be in good state, clean, not too old and the descriptions makes it appear to be well equipped. The sleeping rooms are on the top level and basement. The living room is in the basement in a dark corner where it is not really inviting to sit down. Stairs are all over and the wood is not made in a way where it is safe for young children. There are plenty of dishes but limited cooking equipment. Internet is kot working every day and sometimes electricity goes down. The only very nice thing about this place are the nice neighbors and the good locations for ocean view access. Everything else does not justify the high prices.

Geräumiges Ferienhaus in zentraler Lage

Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, sehr gut ausgestattet und ist zentral gelegen. Strand und Ortskern ist alles in fußläufiger Nähe.
