In addition, it has a swimming pool and a large furnished terrace perfect to enjoy the magnificent weather that the island offers.The whole property is located on the ground floor and it has a large living-dining room and kitchen with access to the terrace. You will find two double bedrooms, one single bedroom and three full equipped bathrooms, one of them, located on the basement floor.



The house is located in Son Bauló, a residential area of Can Picafort with its own beach. This area is perfect for those who looking for a quiet vacation. Near the chalet you will find all kinds of services, supermarkets and restaurants. In addition, it is located just 500 meters from the spectacular sandy beach of Can Picafort. On the other hand, areas such as Port d'Alcúdia and Platges de Muro are less than 20 minutes away by car.

Near the villa itself you will find all kinds of facilities: supermarkets, banks, a medical centre, restaurants, cafes, nightclubs, souvenir shops and so on. You can move easily around the north of the island, as within walking distance there is a bus service connecting Can Picafort with Alcúdia and Pollença.

As far as the air conditioning system is concerned, the accommodation has central air conditioning hot / cold throughout the accommodation.
