great little villa

Had a fantastic stay at the villa, everything very good apart from (if i had to be picky) quite a few mosquitos, so take repellant, and maybe a bit of moderisation inside.

Fantastic outside space, close to beach and amenities

Great outdoor space with more than enough room for everyone. Pool was fantastic with lovely shade from the citrus trees. Bathrooms and kitchen could do with an update but they were perfectly serviceable.

Lovely villa

Lovely villa in a quiet end of Can Picafort with beach less than 5 minutes walk away. We absolutely loved the villa’s outdoor area with its shade from the awnings and covered bbq and dining area and plenty of seating. The fresh pool was brilliant and was cleaned every other day. Inside all the amenities you would need are provided. An added bonus would have been some kind of welcome pack of water and things to make a drink with, as we had to literally go shopping as soon as we arrived, but apart from that a great stay.

Tolles Haus in der Nähe eines schönen Strandes. Der Außenbereich des Hauses ist super. Eine Loungeecke unter Sonnensegeln, ein Tisch unter einem festen Dach und ein eigener Pool. Dazu noch mehrere Zitronenbäume mit toll schmeckenden Riesenzitronen.

Grossartiger Aussenbereich und super Pool. Auch im Innern mehr als genügend Platz für 4 Personen. In Gehdistanz zum Strand und zu Restaurants. Kein eigener Parkplatz aber immer genügend Parkmöglichkeiten der Strasse entlang

Great location and lovely pool

Great location and lovely pool, kids really enjoyed themselves . In walking distance to beach and local cafes and restaurants, as well as supermarkets (lidl a 5 minute drive away). A highlight was getting up early to see sunrise over the mountains, walk east along the coast for the best views. We went in October and had some 30 degree days, the pool and sea were colder but we still went in for short swims. Refreshing in the heat! The garden has a great seating area for outdoor dining. There were a LOT of misquitos, take strong repellent!

Keine Villa, sondern abgewohnter Bungalow

Ich fühlte mich noch nie so betrogen! Die Fotos sind geschönt. Die 207m2-"Villa" ist ein 120m2-Bungalow (15m x 8m Wohngrundfläche), der Wand an Wand zum Nachbarn steht (sehr hellhörig). Das Haus ist eine schlauchartige, dunkle 4-Wohnung. Im Sommer müssen wegen der Hitze alle Fenster geschlossen bleiben, da die Einzimmerklimaanlage kaum die beiden andere Schlafzimmer mit herunterkühlen kann. Die Unterkunft ist sauber aber abgewohnt. Die Küche und ein Schlafzimmer beherbergte Kakerlaken. Das Hauptbadezimmer, stank teuflisch nach Verwesung und musste stets verschlossen bleiben, anderenfalls stank das ganze Haus, wenn man nur einmal die Tür öffnete. Auch der Besitzer konnte bei Vororttermin keine Abhilfe schaffen. Die Adresse bekommt man auch nach mehrmaligen Nachfragen und komplett bezahlter Miete erst 2 Tage vor Ankunft. Wirklich schön ist nur der Pool und die Aussensitzanlagen. Das ist einfach viel zu wenig für den hohen Preis.

Schönes Haus in super Lage

Schönes Haus in super Lage, 3min zu Fuß zum Strand. Alles sauber und gut ausgestattet, nur die Bäder sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Toller Außenbereich mit privatem Pool, Lounge und Esstisch. Sehr nette Kommunikation und Beschreibung, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Hält nicht was die Hochglanzbilder versprechen

Der Außenbereich ist annähernd so hübsch wie auf den Bildern und im guten Zustand. Leider kann die eigentliche Wohnung hier nicht mithalten. Diese ist doch insbesondere was die Küche und Bäder anbelangt sehr in die Jahre gekommen und verbreitet einen (abgewohnten) 70er Jahre „Charme“. Auch die Elektrik ist teils sehr bedenklich wenn man mit Kindern reist. Wie an so vielen Stellen wurde hier seit Jahrzehnten nichts mehr gemacht und Steckdosen liegen ohne Verkleidung offen in der Wand. Nicht optimal ist auch, dass lediglich ein Raum (eines der Schlafzimmer) im gesamten Apartment über eine Klimaanlage verfügt.
