Set in delightful surroundings, outside of the town of Kungälv, this pretty holiday home offers a modern standard as well as closeness to nature. The cottage is on an elevated plot, with beautiful walking paths and wild life all around. Small, but well-planned, this cottage is an excellent choice for a small family or a couple. An outdoor staircase take you up to the entrance and a lovely balcony.The interior of the cottage is light and airy and has an open plan living room and kitchen. There's a sofa bed, suitable for children, in the living room, and two single beds on the mezzanine. The bathroom is tastefully decorated, has underfloor heating, and features a WC, a washbasin, a shower, and a washing machine. The cottage is surrounded by a lovely garden with fruit trees and garden furniture. Spend a peaceful day in the garden or take a walk to the child-friendly bathing spot by Romesjön, three kilometres away. There's another great beach in Rörtången. Visit the farm shop and buy fresh vegetables for your evening meal. If you don't feel like cooking, there's a pizza place nearby, in Diseröd. The beautiful nature reserve of Svartdalen is only twelve kilometres away and offers fishing, swimming, and beautiful walking paths. Or why not try fishing in the river Göta Älv, 1 kilometre from the cottage? Golfers will enjoy Lysegårdens Golfklubb which is just 1,5 kilometres away and offers an excellent restaurant. The area offers plenty of sights, for instance the fortress Bohus fästning, and the town of Kungälv with it's buildings dating back to the 1600's. Marstrand is within driving distance, it is the sailing metropolis of Sweden! Gothenburg is also within driving distance (27 kilometres) , here you can visit the popular amusement park Liseberg or Universeum. Welcome to this pretty holiday home! Good to know: Bed linen is not included. This is to be brought by the guest. The cottage must be cleaned by the guest before departure.
