The cottage, with its unparalleled sea views, offers a simple but charming retreat for two people. Here you will find peace and relaxation, with the salty breeze right outside. The simple kitchen is equipped with the essential tools to prepare your meals, and with the sea view in front of you, every meal will be enjoyable. A special and natural experience awaits you with the outdoor shower that adorns the balcony. This unique shower gives you the chance to enjoy a refreshing moment with the spectacular view in front of you! Brattön is not only a place for relaxation but also a place for discovery. The island houses a beautiful nature reserve, where you can explore a diversity of plants. Up towards the highest point on the island, Blåkullen, better known as Blåkulla, which rises 131 meters above sea level. From the top of Brattön a wonderful world of expansive views opens up! After hiking up through the forest for about 1 km, you are rewarded with an absolutely unique experience. The landscape splits open, and a panorama spreads out. Many visitors choose to take day trips to Brattön. They take the ferry in the morning, explore the island with picnic baskets in hand and enjoy swimming in the clear water before the ferry takes them back to the mainland in the afternoon. An idyllic day that gets even better when you can retire to the cabin after the day's adventure. So if you long for a place where greenery, sea and cute houses meet, Brattön is the perfect destination for you. From Rörtången, where the ferry docks, it is 20 minutes by car to Marstrand, 45 minutes to Gothenburg's inner city and about 18 minutes to Kungälv. On request, it may be ok to bring a dog.
