The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 5 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. The lower ground floor can be accessed by an exterior staircase and comprises a living/dining room with a kitchen corner leading to the garden, a double bedroom, and a bathroom. The upper floor has a living/dining room with an open-hearth fireplace and satellite TV, an open kitchen with an oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, toaster, and a bathroom. The second upper floor has two double bedrooms and a bathroom with a bath/shower/bidet/WC.
