Memorial Day Weekend

Went up for a concert in Camdenton and stayed the weekend. Wonderful experience and short drive to all kinds of amenities. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay.

Awesome place to go with a group of friends or family. The dock was amazing and that’s where we stayed most of the time. Pat was such great hostess and made sure we were taken care of.

Celebration of Life

Such a beautiful spot on the lake! A truly quiet cove with awesome lake access. The dock accommodates two boats. Great swimming and paddling opportunities right in the cove. Pat was so attentive and quick to respond to all my questions and made great recommendations for boat rentals. Everyone loved the location and the house and can’t wait to come back next year!

Very Relaxing!!

A great vacation spot for our family. Pat was very helpful and always answered my emails in a timely fashion. The dock was the best and very relaxing. I would definitely stay again and the house was clean and well furnished.

Great Spot

This property was a really nice spot for our family. We had a baby and a toddler as well and it was very accommodating. The dock was so close to the house which made it easy to go back and forth from the water. Pat had towels and linens galore that made us feel at home. Highly recommend this house for a great stay!

Wonderful lakefront.

Our stay was outstanding. No problems. Beautiful lakefront with swimming pad. Pad was a big hit. The bay was very quite. Thanks Pat.

Annual Family Vacation

Our favorite part was hanging out by the dock! We swam, fished, kayaked, paddle boarded and just floated! The house suited our needs, we had 8 adults and we made all the sleeping arrangements work. Most nights we were so tired, it didn't matter but the loft sleeping area is open so if some want to go to bed early up there, I would bring sleeping masks and ear plugs.

Incredible!

We had so much fun! Pat was very responsive through the process, the house was good, and the location and view were excellent. We all enjoyed our stay, our fishing times, outside dinners, and looking forward to do it again soon. Thank you, Pat.

week at the lake

The house/deck and dock was just as the listing says. Everything worked - from the coffee pot to the dock lights. The deep water off the dock make for excellent swimming. We had a wonderful time and will definitely come back. Patricia was great to work with.

Wonderful and Relaxing

Pat is very responsive to any questions you may have. We loved the house and location. The older kids had the loft to themselves while the adults had the bedrooms. The kitchen and living room were roomy and the kitchen stocked with everything we needed. We will be rebooking for next year.

We had a great time and really nice clean home on quiet cove.

Loved our stay. Very nice house and we'll equipped. Family loved the dock and swim deck. The deck is wonderful for dining and grills were so handy. Firepit and wood provided was great. The only negatives is dining in the house is tight and mattress in one bedroom was very uncomfortable but we would definitely go back. Oh, fishing is great also.

Great house, great spot, wonderful owner!

We really enjoyed our stay in this house! The house is on quiet cove on the lake with a great dock and plenty of shaded and unshaded outdoor space. We had a minor issue with the propane grill, but when we got in touch with Pat she had it fixed within an hour. Three bedrooms were on the main floor, with the fourth being in a loft area upstairs. The kitchen and the house had everything we needed. Thank you so much for a great stay, Pat!

Great week at the lake

The property is in an amazing spot right on the water. The dock was a favorite of our group and the extra items like the water pad and paddle boat were awesome to have. Great location close to the necessities like stores and restaurants but not too close. The room with two beds was open to the main living spaces so light and sound early in the morning meant sleeping in was difficult for those in that room. Only a problem on sleeping in days. All in all would love to come back!

Vacation with Family and Friends

Thank you Pat for sharing your lake home with us! The home was comfortable, and outdoor areas were outstanding. We really enjoyed the dock and seating for 6 there, on the deck and in the dining area fit our group perfectly. The large well stocked kitchen was great for our 2 week vacation. It was really nice having a place to park our boat trailer at the house along with parking for 3 vehicles. And the boat launch at neighboring Papa Chubby’s was convenient. The cove was nice and calm and neighbors were friendly. Pat was easy to reach and made sure that we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay.

オーナー : Patricia Garrett

Joe and Pat Garrett are the owners. We moved to the Lake of the Ozarks on Labor Day 1981 with our two daughters (Third Grade and Kindergarten). We bought this lake lot that had a 10' x 50' trailer on it. We started building our home the spring of 1982. Over the years we have spent countless days entertaining family and friends at our lake home and cherish those wonderful memories. We owned and operated a convenience store on 5 Hwy for 17 years. During that time Joe was a fishing guide on the lake, pro-staff for Garcia and fished the Bass Tournament Circuit. Pat has been a cabinet designer for the past 30 years and is still very involved with her career. One year ago we moved to our 17 acre "farm" located 4 miles from the lake house. While we are really enjoying our new home, we still love our lake home and have spent the last year refurbishing it inside and out. It is now ready for you to create lasting memories of a great time with your family and friends at our lake home.
