Fully equipped deluxe apartment with wonderful views of the city, located in Plaza de Colon, in an exclusive building with all services available for a perfect stay in Madrid. It is located on an eigth floor, with nice views of the Paris park and the city skyline.

It consists of a very luminous living room with large windows, a comfortable sofa bed for two people accompanied by another sofa and armchairs, a flat screen TV, a working desk, an independent fully equipped kitchen, a dining area with table for 4 people, one bedroom with a super king size bed, or alternatively two twin beds, and a spacious bathroom with bathtub and toilet amenities. There are several closets and the floor of the entire apartment is covered with marble floor. The apartment has central air conditioning and heating, and free, private WiFi with optic fiber connection.

The building has 24 hour concierge and security, restaurant, parking (not included in price), lounges, lift and handicap access, and is surrounded by restaurants, shops, museums, theaters, and parks. The area has immediate access to all means of transportation to move quickly and easily around the city. Located less than 1000 meters from Gran Vía, access to central Madrid is easy and fast, both by public transportation or by foot, and next to the entrance of the building is a rental point of electric bicycles to move comfortably around the city.

Great location, perfect space for a long stay

Place was perfectly located in the heart of Madrid. Walkable to all museums , major shopping areas and all the restaurants and bars . Metro is just down the street so that’s easy to get around madrid even from the airport if you prefer that more than a cab. Maybethe couch in the living room and some extra kitchen stuff, like a salad bowl or a strainer if we want to make pasta.

Muy buen apartamento en el Centro Colon. Muy cómodo, muy amplio y con una vista espectacular de Madrid. Esta en una de las mejores zonas de la ciudad. Con gusto regresaré.

La ubicación, la amplitud de los espacios y la vista son excelentes. La cocina debe estar mejor equipada y con utensilios de más calidad considerando que se trata de un alojamiento "de lujo". Los muebles están muy desgastados. Deberían dejar un cambio de sábanas y de toallas. El Internet sumamente deficiente.

Sehr guter Ausgangslage zur Erkundung der Stadt

Zentral gelegen, die großen Museen, das Stadtzentrum und eine sehr lebendige Nachbarschaft sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Der Blick aus der 8ten Etage ist toll. Es gibt eine Klimaanlage. Das Auto haben wir in der Tiefgarage stehen lassen. Ich würde diese Wohnung meinen Freunden empfehlen.

Mostly good but…

I asked in April whether we could check luggage for the day since we arrived so early. No one ever answered, but when we arrived they were willing to check luggage. This needs to be made more clear. No soap in the bathroom & the ceiling over the tub was peeling. Small & incredibly uncomfortable pillows. Not a horrible stay as the location was great for us & we had a nice view. But…

parking non conforme à l'annonce

L'appartement est confortable, propre et bien équipé, mais vieillissant, et certains objets mériteraient d'être remplacés (table de la cuisine toute abîmée, étendoir à linge cassé, fer à repasser bon à rien) et le plafond de la salle de bains s'écaille. En revanche, alors que l'annonce indique qu'il y a un parking sous l'immeuble avec tarif préférentiel pour les habitants, et que nous avions écrit à l'avance pour nous assurer que c'était exact, nous avons été reçus par une concierge fort peu aimable, qui ne parlait que l'espagnol (nous parlons 3 langues, mais pas l'espagnol, et on nous a bien fait comprendre qu'on devrait...) qui nous a expliqué que le parking était réservé aux habitants permanents, et que nous devions aller nous garer ailleurs, ce que nous avons dû faire, à 36 euros la nuit et en portant nos valises dans des escaliers. Renseignement pris auprès du propriétaire par message, il y avait bien un accès au parking sous l'immeuble, ouvert à tous, mais l'entrée était situé dans une autre rue ! Comment aurions-nous pu le savoir, alors que l'annonce n'en disait rien et que la concierge ne nous l'a pas dit non plus ? Il aurait été tellement simple de l'indiquer... Quant au tarif préférentiel, il n'existe pas, et l'annonce est donc mensongère sur ce point. A 33 euros la nuit, dans ce second parking, cela change évidemment le prix de revient de la nuit.

Great Location, nice apartment

We stayed here in November 2022 - the location is quite good and is close to numerous amenities (transit, shopping, restaurants, parks). We felt very safe in this part of Madrid and it’s central to many attractions. The apartment was spacious for two and well equipped, It was clean and welcoming and is showing a little of its age but was very comfortable with a great sunset view over the city. Check in was easy, right at the reception desk and quick. We’d certainly recommend it for travellers to Madrid.

Super location, super near downtown but not in the fray!

Love being close to Recoletos where you can stroll in the shade or sit at a café and watch the other strollers. The apartment was extremely well-designed, allowing the kitchen to be hidden or open to the living room. Great view of a good-sized park that's enjoyed by dogs and children. The living room doesn't look much like the photo because the real eye-catcher (and pleasure) is the large picture window. In this shot, the sofas look huge and the window doesn't get its full glory. Calm atmosphere, little shops and restaurants everywhere. Great stay.
