If you are looking for an apartment close to the centre and in a strategic position to visit the city of Lugano on foot, Lido 1 is perfect for you!



This modernly furnished, bright and spacious two-bedroom apartment is ideal for families but also business travelers, just a few minutes from the Lugano Exhibition Centre.

The living room is divided into the dining area, with a dining table for 6 people, and the TV area, with a comfortable designer sofa where you can relax while watching a movie on the flat screen TV choosing from the many satellite channels. Adjacent to the living room is the separate kitchen, equipped with appliances and everything you need to prepare meals.

The two spacious double bedrooms are furnished with bedside tables and a wardrobe for storing guest wardrobes. 

A bathroom with bathtub completes the apartment.



Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided. 

We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast.

Any commercial activity within the apartment is prohibited.



The apartment does not have a reserved parking, but you can park in the public car parks near the building. In Via del Tiglio, next to the Lugano Exhibition Centre, there are numerous municipal car parks.

The Exhibition Center is 3 minutes away, Ciani Park and its Villa are 5 minutes away, the historic center of the city is 10 minutes away. The apartment is a 3-minute walk from Lido di Lugano, with its indoor swimming and outdoor swimming pools, tennis court and sailing club. At the La Lanchetta restaurant, a 2-minute walk away, you can take a boat  to various destinations of the Ceresio area.



How to arrive: 

If you arrive by train, from Lugano station take bus No. 2 (direction Castagnola, Capolinea) for 5 stops (9 minutes). Get off at the \"Lugano, Palazzo Studi\" stop and walk 3 minutes to the building.

If you arrive by car, from the A2 motorway take the \"Lugano Nord\" exit and follow the GPS directions: in a few minutes you will reach the apartment.
