This spacious three-bedroom apartment will amaze you with its colors and flair, because it is furnished with originality and attention to detail!

The living room has a TV area with a sofa and armchairs for watching a movie with friends after a day of sightseeing; next to it is the dining area with a table for 6 people. The separate kitchen is modern, complete and equipped with appliances and everything you need to cook and feel at home.

There are 3 bedrooms, all double with closet or wardrobe space for storage, with a private en suite bathroom with shower or bathtub. This makes the apartment perfect for both families and groups of friends, or colleagues on business stays. There is also a service bathroom.



WARNING: the fireplace is only decorative and CANNOT BE USED!

The apartment is just 5 minutes from the Lugano Sud highway interchange and a 10-minute walk from the Lugano Paradiso train station. The LUDES University campus is a 3-minute drive away. The area is served by many restaurants, bars, and grocery stores.

The funicular to reach the summit of Mount San Salvatore is 650 m away.

Lido Riva Caccia and Lido Conca D\'Oro are a 5-minute drive away. The LAC Museum is 5 minutes away. The historic center, with its shopping streets, is a 5-minute drive away: you can park at the Motta parking garage.

By car, from the A2 motorway take the Lugano Sud exit and set your GPS: you\'ll reach the apartment in 5 minutes. 

By train, get off at the Lugano-Paradiso stop and walk 7 minutes: the apartment is 600 meters from the station.
