The yellow of the vintage-style living room  of MARAINI 34 creates the ideal atmosphere for evenings in the company of friends. The gray sofa becomes a comfortable double bed for the night (Please note: The sofa bed will not be prepared as a bed for your arrival, as we deem it proper to use it as a sofa during the day. You will find the bed linen, pillows and blankets in the wardrobe/shelf closest to the sofa.). The large and modern lacquered kitchen is equipped with the latest generation appliances to prepare tasty meals with local products and serve them to your family at the glass dining table.

In the first bedroom, two single beds make up a double bed but can also be separated, and the mirrored wardrobe creates further increases the space in the room. In the second bedroom, the large window illuminates the double bed, and the large closet can contain your whole wardrobe. Finally, there are 2 modern bathrooms, 1 with bathtub and 1 with shower.



Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided. 

We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast.

Any commercial activity within the apartment is prohibited.



The apartment does not have a private parking, but you can park on the paid public parking lots nearby.

What\'s nearby:

Lakefront and Lac are 5 walking minutes distant, while the city centre and the station of Lugano are 7 walking minutes from the apartment; the bus stop is close to the building complex. The area is very well served: in front of the building there is a grocery store.



How to arrive:

If you arrive by train, from Lugano station walk about 15 minutes (about 1 km) along Via Clemente Maraini in a southerly direction (towards Paradiso), or take bus No. 2 for 2 stops or bus No. 4 for 2 stops and get off at \"Lugano Loreto\" stop. The building is located 10 meters from the stop. 

The apartment does not have private parking, but you can park in the paid public car parks nearby. If you arrive from the motorway, 50 meters on the right of the traffic lights there is a paid municipal car park; if you arrive from the station, turn left to via Adamini (direction lago e Lac) and 100 meters after the post office you will see on the right the entrance to the paid covered car park.
