Tidy and well managed place

We enjoyed our time very much. The appartment is clean. well equipped and perfectly managed. Whenever we had any questions we got help and support within minutes. We enjoyed the pool, and that it was only 10min. walk to the supermarket or to the lake and restaurants.

Pleasant stay

Great location to visit different cities along the lake. Close to the water (Max 10’ walk) and the ferry (Max 15’ walk). A few restaurants in town and a supermarket. Private parking. Clean house and swimmingpool. Equipped kitchen (but no herbs or oil). Baby bed and chair available. Netflix and wifi available. The correspondence was very friendly and helpful, gave many tips and answered quickly. The big bed wasn’t comfortable, that was the only downside. We recommend the appartment strongly. .

Fantastic stay!

We stayed here last September for a late summer break. We visit Lake Como frequently each year as we have family living close by and this home was very convenient to reach all amenities. The pool was very welcome as hot for this time of year although the home inside is lovely and cool. The property is well kitted out with english tv and wifi. It was only a short walk to all amenities so we did not use the car much, the ferry stop took us to Bellagio, Como and all the touristy places but Lenno was definitely our favourite with the lido beach and pretty lake front. We enjoyed visiting the 007 villa in the village and drinking wine at the bar sport and pizzas at the ranch close to the villa. Would definitely recommend this home and the friendly owner Franco who was a delight. Thank you

Idéalement placé pour visiter le lac de Come

L'appartement est spacieux, très bien équipé et idéalement placé pour visiter tous les plus beaux villages des rives du lac de Côme sans prendre la voiture. La résidence est agréable avec sa piscine. L'appartement est aussi tres bien place pour aller à Milan et à Lugano.

Sehr schönes Appartement. Viele gute Tipps für Unternehmungen vom Vermieter (Barrie). Netter Kontakt. Bei heißeren Temperaturen (> 30°C) wäre allerdings eine Klimaanlage sinnvoll.

OK lejlighed

Vi havde en uge i denne lejlighed i juli 2022, tilhørende et kompleks med 10 lejligheder som deler poolen. Lejligheden lå i stuen, med to soveværelser og stue køkken. Du kan ikke se søen fra lejligheden, hvilket man savner. Det er en ganske ok lejlighed, men bærer præg af at være til udlejning. Den er ikke hyggelig og indretningen er spartansk. Man kunne ønske flere ting i køkkenet som flere glas, tallerkener mv., ligesom at stole og borde på terressen bør være at bedre kvalitet. Poolen er fin, og var ikke overrendt i den periode vi var der. Alt fungerer, men der skal skrues op for estetikken og kvaliteten af interiør. Lejligheden ligger i gåafstand til Lenno og søen og der er indkøbsmuligheder for enden af bakken, hvilket er rigtigt fint.

Great vacation

We had a really nice time in the Appartement. It is close to Lake Como. Walking distance was about 7 Minutes. The Appartement is fully equipped and the pool was great. Top location for holiday with children. Would love to come again. Both, Barrie and Francesco were very helpful. Thanks to all of you!!

Tolle Lage

Die kleine gepflegte Anlage liegt im schönen Lenno, für uns das schönste Örtchen am See. Die Agentur ist etwas zäh, die Betreuung Vorort durch Sabine und den Vermieter aber perfekt. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und gepflegt, ebenso wird der Pool super in Schuss gehalten. Wir hatten zwei tolle Wochen, Empfehlenswert, gerne wieder!

Good situation, well equipped

Lenno is beautiful place, small but with everything you need for a relaxing holiday, lots of bars and restaurants to suit all pockets! The apartment is a 10 minute walk from the centre and the ferry - a little longer if you take the shadier and slightly less steep little alleyways. The apartment is very clean and well equipped with a wraparound terrace and a little back garden where Franco set up our bbq with extra table & chairs! The complex of 10 apartments was quite busy during our stay and could be noisy at times with not a lot of privacy, though everyone was very friendly. There was also quite a lot of noise from the adjacent busy road. But all in all we had a lovely time in this delightful spot and will certainly return to the beautiful Italian Lakes.

Excellent choix pour visiter le lac de Côme

Nous avons séjourné 15 jours fin juillet-début août à Lenno avec 2 jeunes enfants. L'appartement de Franco est spacieux, très bien équipé avec tout le confort souhaité. Tous les repas peuvent être pris sur la terrasse ombragée donnant sur le jardin. On peut profiter de la piscine à toute heure, et lire sous un olivier... L'endroit est charmant et à 10 min à pied du centre du village et du lac avec restaurants, glacier et ferry. L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter la région, soit en bâteau soit en voiture pour aller vers Côme, Lugano et même Milan... Nous recommandons vivement ce logement et la région est vraiment splendide !

Special memories of Lake Como

We stayed here with our extended family and enjoyed a lovely time here at this residence (we booked 3 apartments in total, 2 on the top floor and this ground floor apartment) which worked out as very convenient to meet up as well as offer us privacy. The pool we enjoyed to ourselves. There is a secure parking space included for each home however we did not need to use our car as the ferry and supermarket are a short walk from the residence. Highlights included a visit to the 007 villa from Casino Royale located at Villa Balbianello in the village centre of Lenno and trips on the lake (we used the ferry and hired a boat from Igor，our favourite way of seeing the lake！）Thank you Barrie for the welcome pack and wine on arrival, we had a wonderful stay.

Fantastic property in a beautiful setting

We had a lovely holiday. As soon as we arrived in the airport we had a text from the owner to arrange a meeting time at the property. The property was modern, clean, comfortable and well equipped. It was within a gated development so felt very secure and it was a 5 minute walk to the lakeside in Lenno which has the most fantastic views. The pool was great on the very hot days. We felt Lenno was the best part of the lake to be in - close to Menaggio, the ferry to Bellagio and Como itself. There are some good restaurants and a good gelateria. I would highly recommend this property. We had a fabulous time at Lake Como!

Franco Fantastico!

Franco was the perfect host, welcoming us with a bottle of wine and a smile, nothing was too much trouble for him! The location is superb, just a short walk to the supermarket, restaurants, bars, shops and bank. Highlights include hiring a boat at lido di lenno and visiting the beach and 007 village here in the village. The home itself is very modern, clean, well kitted out with satellite tv and wifi when we needed our fix of uk tv! Plus secure parking, although we hardly used the car, preferring the ferry to get out and about. We did, however use the pool daily, often to ourselves during the day to keep cool! Will definitely return next year as we have family in Como we are frequent visitors. Lenno, and this residence, are as good as we have found!

The photos speak for themselves. The swimming pool and proximity to the lake is a real attraction for our guests. The home is located modern and comfortable living space inside and out. Most of the apartments at this residence are only used for holidays so the pool is often not busy hence many returning guests. Easy secure parking and just a short walk down to all amenities from restaurants and bars to ferry to access the whole lake and supermarket. Villa Balbianello, scene of Casino Royale 007, and Star Wars is also located here in the village within walking distance of the property as well as he golden sand beach at Lido di Lenno.
