Central Attic Apartment for 4/5 People

This delightful attic apartment boasts a spacious bedroom, that can sleep up to 5 people if needed, and has air conditioning and a washing machine

Located in the central Piazza Brescia, in the heart of Lido di Jesolo, it will allow you to spend an enjoyable holiday close to the sea and the pedestrian area.

Attic apartment N. 6 is on the 2° floor of a small building without a lift in the central Piazza Brescia, less than 100 metres from the beach.

The apartment, nicely furnished and with a floor area of around 40 square metres, consists of:
- living area with kitchenette;
- large bedroom with double bed, two single beds and a further pull-out single bed;
- bathroom with shower and washing machine.

It can sleep up to 5 people.

The Holiday Home has air conditioning, a TV and a washing machine.

Camping Cot and Highchair available free of charge on request

The price includes:
- the costs of gas, electricity, both hot and cold water;
- final cleaning.

Parking spot not included. Private paid parking at about 100 meter from the apartment.

Beach service not included. It can be booked separately, with an extra cost, and it is subject to availability.

The price does not include:
- bed linen and towels;
- Tourist tax.

By regulations, groups of young people are not allowed in our apartments. If at the check-in a group shows up, without a special authorisation from us, we will be forced to cancel the reservation, without any refund.
