This apartment with one room on the first floor has air conditioning and a parking space. It is an excellent value solution for a couple or for a family of 3/4.

The Luciana Apartment is located in the central Piazza Brescia, close to the pedestrian area and about 150 metres from Jesolo’ s golden beach.

It has a floor area of around 30 square metres and consists of:
- living area with kitchenette and sofa-bed for two people;
- bedroom with double bed and single bed;
- bathroom with shower.

In 2022, a new kitchen was installed. The Holiday Home has air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, wifi and a television. A numbered parking space

Travel baby cot and high chair available on request, free of charges.

The price includes:
- gas, water and electricity consumption;
- end-of-stay cleaning;
- one parking spot;

In order to reduce waste and respect nature, the air conditioning is not included and costs Euro 0,50 per kW/h.

Tourist tax not included.
Beach spot not included but bookable separately.
Bed linen and towels are not included but can be rented on request.

According to our booking terms and conditions, groups of young people are not allowed to rent the apartments. If at the check-in a group of young people will arrive, without a special authorization from our agency, we will be forced to cancel the booking without any refund.
