The spacious living and sleeping area is furnished in a rustic and cosy style, centred around 1 double wall-trunk bed measuring 2 x 90 cm with a length of 200 cm. This combi wall-folding bed was newly manufactured in 2023 and is described as being of very high quality, offering the best sleeping comfort at night while providing pleasant living comfort during the day. The living area also includes a dining nook, making it ideal for relaxed meals. A separate room features 2 beds, offering additional sleeping arrangements for guests. The entrance area houses a kitchenette equipped with an oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, and an electric coffee machine. The apartment includes a bathroom as well as a separate WC. A large west-facing balcony is accessible directly from the living area, furnished with balcony furniture and offering beautiful views of the mountains, the ski run, and the surrounding countryside.
