Built in in the early 17th century, welcome in this building full of history and with a well maintained figure overlooking Place Dauphine. It is at the the 5th floor of these 6 story-building grouping 8 apartments.

A contemporary flat, full of lights just under the beams overlooking Place Dauphine. It offers a nice interior : the living room has a comfortable double sofa bed convertible for 2 persons, a little table and 2 chairs.
The dining area has a large table perfect for a romantic dinner or a family & friends’ gathering.
The bedroom has a double bed for 2 persons.
The open kitchen is modernely equipped allowing you to cook a nice meal in the best conditions and it opens on a cosy dinning area & a comfy seating place., all with a wonderful view on the magnificent “Place Dauphine”.
The flat has a WIFI connection.

emplacement de reve pour touristes

tres beau petit appartement en plein centre des attractions de Paris. Quartier tres securitaire et paisible tout en ayant un belle animation au pied du batiment grace aux petits commerces et place/parc parfait pour la petanque. J'y retournerais sans hesiter.

Great spot in the center of Paris! It could be 5star but no AC in the unit which makes summer days and nights a bit tough and no elevator bc 400 years old building(the spiral staircase is super tricky for senior-age people, so be aware about!) All other is perfect, host is very communicative and helpful. The location is unbeatable!

Great Little Apartment at Place Dauphine

We enjoyed staying at the apartment very much. The location is fantastic - great for walking to all sorts of fun spots, and easy access to cabs as needed. There are lots of stairs leading up to the apartment, but we enjoyed going up and down the old spiral staircase. Just a heads-up, though, that there are a lot of stairs. The apartment was comfortable in May - especially nice with the windows open. If at least a couple of the windows had bug screens the windows could be left open all night without bugs getting in - that would be a little addition/improvement we’d recommend. The view of Place Dauphine from the apartment’s windows is quite nice, and we found the that there wasn’t a whole lot of noise from the restaurants below - more of just a nice festive burble of sounds. All in all, a very enjoyable stay at this apartment in Paris. We’d definitely stay here again.

A lovely central apartment in Paris

This one-bedroom apartment is located in the interesting and central Place Dauphine, on the western end of the Isle de la Cite. While it is small, it is very comfortable and spacious for a couple. In spring and summer Place Dauphine is crowded with people at restaurants and playing petange, but the apartment is on the fifth floor, allowing breezes and a wonderful view. A great place to stay.

Cozy flat in the heart of the city

We stayed two nights. The bed is very comfy and the updated bath is nice. The small kitchen is usable for a snack. The courtyard is quaint and quiet with a few tasty cafes. There was no television, if that matters to you. The stairs to the flat are a hike. A very tight spiraling staircase up 5 stories is difficult with luggage. Once at the flat, the furnishings are warm and relaxing.

Place Dauphine

I have been to Paris about a half dozen times, and have stayed near, or at , Place Dauphine most of those trips. Although more restaurant tables in the courtyard have resulted in more noise, Place Dauphine is still a lovely place to stay.

Great Location in the heart of Paris

We loved our stay, the windows provided a nice breeze during the hot evenings. Nicely furnished, clean and comfortable. Perfect location! Truly a gem. Samuel the property manager was incredible. Great communication. We will definitely stay again! A little smaller than expected and the stairs proved to be a bit of a challenge with our luggage but worth the climb!

Hübsches Apartment, für zwei Personen vollkommen ausreichend. Allerdings fünfter Stock ohne Lift und lautes Umfeld.
