Lera is a charming villa, built in thick Mallorcan stone, located a short distance from the charming old town of Pollensa. A great effort has been made in the design and decoration, both inside and outside the property, to combine top-quality furniture with modern details and amenities for unforgettable holidays under the brilliant Mallorcan sun.



A covered terrace leads to the open-plan living/dining room, elegantly decorated in a contemporary style, with vibrant colours, including a large round dining table. The dining room leads to the kitchen, fully equipped and fitted with the most modern conveniences (including a marble island in the centre with a high-quality stove). There is also a new oven along with a large fridge/freezer. Doors lead directly from here to the covered terrace and the pool, perfect for outdoor entertaining. The villa has a double bedroom with a private bathroom, a room with two single beds, a family bathroom and a utility room with a washing machine. As for the other areas of the villa, the rooms and bathrooms have been finished to the highest standards.



Outside, the curved swimming pool and the uniquely designed patio, surrounded by lawn on three sides, are a perfect place to relax while enjoying the fabulous views of the countryside and virgin mountains. There is also a brick-built barbecue with a sink and food preparation area for guests to enjoy delicious outdoor meals.



The tourist tax is included in the price. Air conditioning is available from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00



Information to take into account:



In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of those hours. The new keys must be collected from our office by the guest.



On the day of departure, no rubbish must be left on the property. Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a fee of €150 for waste management will be applied.



The guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021 of 26 October) and in Greece (Law 4446/2016). Close to the arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.
