Description
Situated in the sought-after Oasis Del Mar I complex, this ground-floor apartment enjoys a frontline position to the beach and a central location close to all amenities of Mojácar Playa. Decorated and furnished to a high standard, it offers a comfortable base with direct access to the pool and landscaped gardens.

Master bedroom with double bed and luxurious en-suite shower room

Second bedroom with twin beds and adjacent luxurious shower room

Kitchen & Living
The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, and all necessary utensils.
Spacious lounge/dining area with English and Spanish TV, internet, and air conditioning in all rooms (which also provides heating in winter).

Outdoor Space
Private terrace with table, chairs, and sun loungers leading directly to the pool area. In winter, blinds can be closed to enclose part of the terrace for additional warmth. Please note there are no sun awnings, but half the terrace remains shaded for those preferring to avoid direct sun.

Location
The apartment is just minutes from popular bars and restaurants, yet remains peaceful thanks to its position within the complex.

Excellent accommodation in a beautiful complex. Kitchen contained all that was needed for a holiday stay. We were well looked after by host Julie and are looking forward to our return visit next year.

Modern comfortable apartment. Kitchen has all the basics. Comfy beds. English tv through firestick. Terrace had plenty of sun during Feb. Julie was quick to help when we couldn’t work the tv. Looking forward to a revisit next year.

A Great Apartment in Oasis del Mar 1

This was our second visit in 12 months and after our previous experience here there was no question we would go back this year and the apartment was fortunately available. Ideally located, well appointed and spotless we spent a really enjoyable 4 weeks. Thank you Julie.

What a lovely apartment in an ideal location for the bars and restaurants and beach.

Fabulous and the only let down was the quality of the outside furniture. With such a large and beautiful terrace, proper sunbeds would have made an enormous difference and I would have gladly paid more.

Perfection

Knew this was going to be nice before we stayed as viewed in advance on previous stay in mojacar. But was even better Than we remembered. Julie is a great host and always available to answer any questions. Every detail has been thought out and it is a perfect sunny spot for the all day sun. The exact location for what we needed for a month. Very very sad to come home today.

Great position to beach and restaurants

Comfortable apartment. Second bedroom too small for 2 adults and very little hanging and cupboard space. TV great but we were not explained about how to use. Key safe a pain and it would be helpful if the manager was there at the commencement to explain things. We had to hunt for the equipment details.

Perfect apart from pool

Was so impressed with the cleanliness and all the extras included such as laundry products cleaning materials cling foil kitchen roll tin foil etc etc. But was bitterly disappointed that the pool is infact only open seasonal nowhere was yhis explained i would not even have looked at the place if i had known the garden and pool was out of bounds during May.

Pool cross between building site and crime scene

Pool only open 8 hours during 14 day stay. Only 2 days notice of problem when told owner did not want apartment without pool she told me she had just heard it would ve open next day. Ithadveen planned for over 18 months.
