A bit small for three visitors but as always Location, Location, Location. Perfect for a vist to Cote d'Azur. Riviera Holiday Homes was top shelf with communication and helping sort out any issues.

Hassle to pick up keys, I’ve always picked up keys at the apartment. Here you must pick up keys at office when they are open. Not a good kitchen set up at all, broken shower and the large coffee table give you no room to move around. Walls need a freash coat of paint. Was not what we expected at all. The washer lid is broken but it works !You can’t sit on the porch, to much bird poop.Sheet and towel were clean !

Nice property & GREAT AC!!

AC was amazing and worked great!! Bathroom is small (very common for Europe so not that big of a deal) and toilet area is very small so if an overweight guest it may be difficult to fit in the toilet space due to glass wall for shower and another tile wall on either side. Other than that worked great and location was super close to cafe and restaurants and only 1/2 block to the beach. :)

MASSENET PIETONNE AP4196 by Riviera Holiday Homes - August
