Positioned only 20 metres from the shoreline and 550 metres from the centre of Arbanija, this property enjoys an enviable location that combines peaceful surroundings with easy access to local amenities. The shared grounds extend across an impressive 466 square metres, providing ample space for relaxation and outdoor enjoyment. Guests benefit from a heated angular swimming pool measuring 7 x 3 metres with a surface area of 24 square metres and a depth ranging from 126 to 176 centimetres, accessible via an internal staircase and available seasonally from 1 April to 15 October. The yard surrounding the property offers a welcoming outdoor environment, while internet Wi-Fi access is available within the house, ensuring you remain connected throughout your stay.

Unit Layout

This vacation rental is a well-appointed 2-room apartment of 60 m2, situated on the first floor with a north-east facing position, accommodating a maximum capacity of 4 guests. The apartment features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, thoughtfully distributed across the living space. The first bedroom is furnished with 1 double bed composed of 2 single mattresses measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and benefits from its own air conditioning unit. The second bedroom also offers 1 double bed composed of 2 single mattresses measuring 80 cm in width and 200 cm in length, equally equipped with air conditioning. Both bedrooms provide direct access to the terrace. The dining area is fitted with a satellite flat-screen TV and air conditioning, and also opens onto the terrace, which in turn leads to the swimming pool. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with 4 hot plates, an oven, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. The apartment includes 2 shower rooms, each with a WC. The private terrace extends over 15 m2, is partly roofed, and comes furnished with terrace furniture, offering a beautiful view of the sea.
