One of the highlights of Podere Filicaia is its private swimming pool, which measures 12 x 6 meters and has a depth of 120 - 200 cm. The pool is available seasonally from May 7th to September 24th and comes complete with an outdoor shower, garden furniture, and a barbecue. Parking is available on the premises, and heating is available from November 1st to April 7th for an additional fee.

Podere is a spacious and tastefully furnished 13-room house that boasts a total area of 445 m2, spread over two levels. The ground floor features a large entrance hall with an open-hearth fireplace, an open living room with satellite TV, two double bedrooms, an open dining room, and another living room with satellite TV. The latter has an exit to the garden and leads to a walk-through room with a French bed and a kitchen equipped with all the necessary amenities, such as four hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, and a freezer. Additionally, there is a bathroom with a shower/bidet/WC and a second one with a bath/shower/bidet/WC.

Moving up to the upper floor, you'll find a spacious living/dining room with satellite TV, another double bedroom, a second living/dining room with satellite TV, and a kitchenette with four hot plates, an oven, and a freezer. There are also two bathrooms with showers/bidet/WC.

The second upper floor has a walk-through room with sloping ceilings and one bed, and a room with sloping ceilings and one bed and a separate WC. The villa also features a large terrace of 40 m2 with panoramic views of the countryside, terrace furniture, and a barbecue.

For your convenience, the villa is equipped with several amenities such as a washing machine, mosquito nets, a children's high chair, a baby cot suitable for up to two-year-olds, a hairdryer, and free WiFi. You can also bring along one pet/dog. Please note that there is no internal connecting door between the separated properties.
