Clean and modern Reykjavik apartment

We stayed for 8 nights and found this to be a great location near shopping, restaurants and sights in the city center. The apartment had absolutely everything you could need and was very clean and comfortable. The property managers were beyond fantastic - they responded to questions within minutes, and resolved any concerns we had quickly. Parking was right under the building and very convenient. Great rental!!

Amazing Location

Great property! The location was excellent. Did not need a car, easy access to bus, short walk to City Center. The house was clean and well laid out. Construction was going on in the adjacent building, but they crew was super respectful and only worked 8-5. We were gone for most days. Overall awesome experience.

The booking was for a family of parents and two teenagers, expecting the bedroom to have 2 single beds. It was set up as a double we had to rearrange. Take notice of the booking details. Inadequate mugs for 4 people.

Nice place to stay in Reykjavík

We had an overall good experience with our stay, we felt very comfortable at the apartment. I would like to say though that I do not recommend this place for older couples, infact to access the apartment one has to remember different codes for the doors (entrance and apartment door ) and some doors have very small and user unfriendly code locks.During our stay I helped an older couple to get into their place and they were struggling for hours to find the right door and building and to type in the numbers. I felt very bad, especially because there is no one to directly ask for help. There is no front desk or anything, it’s a self check in place.

Thank you for the time spent with us on our property. We sincerely value your opinion. We are a self-check in property, which differs us from standard hotel, hostel-type of accommodation and their services. We would gladly have supported, if asked our customer team that is available 24/7 on phone and email for assistance. The only staff in the surroundings between 8 AM and 4 PM are our housekeeping and maintenance teams. We do provide check in instructions with access information 24 hours prior check in time. Moreover in the property guide link we share with our guests prior arrival, guests can check how to check in if facing difficulties by clicking on the button "check-in" in that guide. Full instructions and visualizations are shown there step by step for easy understanding. If the access code is not activated prior 3PM guests can always reach our team by message or a call to get assistance or clarification. Nice place but needs some small improvements

We had two suites. Both are nicely laid out and well equipped but in the smaller unit the wi-fi didn't work at all. I've already reviewed unit but forgot to mention that two of the door handles are falling off, one to the point that we couldn't close one of the bedroom doors. I won't be staying there again.
